Bought 3 sets of the pyrex coffee mugs and 3 have shattered under the coffee machine when the coffee was pouring into them. Would not recommend them at all!

If they are guaranteed why are they not being replaced by Pyrex? I have also had at least 6 crack & then break.

Very disappointing for a brand one could once count on to love up to its' name. Have you asked Pyrex to respond?

I think we did make a comment to Pyrex at the time. We just do not look at pyrex products any longer.

Have a couple of nice (non pyrex) sets now, and are happy.
