Tried to booked tickets to see Bernard Fanning - On the banks 15/3/26 The website was very clunky and dropped in and out. As it turned out I was successful in my attempt to buy two tickets, I was so successful I actually did it twice at exactly the same time, on the same day and the identical order. When I phoned QTIX and explained that clearly I had made a mistake (although I partly blame their clunky booking system) I was told it was my mistake and nothing could be done. I found this to be an inadequate response and as such would like everyone to know how QTIX and Queensland Performing Arts Centre treats their clients
Follow-up · In response to questions QTIX refused any refund Payment was taken instantaneously No need to try again as I had 4 tickets when I only needed 2 I'm still completely disillusioned by QTIX
I paid the fee to have the tickets delivered and they never arrived – I paid over $600 for tickets and a fee on top for delivery. They never arrived. When I called to inquire, they said they wouldn't resend. They will only resend my car pass, not the tickets to the show. We are coming from out of town and now they expect us to turn up an hour earlier to pick up the tickets. The person on the phone had an attitude that it wasn't their problem and put it on Australia Post. No tracking available so Australia Post can't help. Definitely opt to print ticket at home (it costs the same as having them sent though).
