Quality Homes for Removal

Very Poor Form! – We purchased our house 113 from Kerry in March 2022 with a $15,000 deposit. We paid a further $25,000 November 2022 after we received our D A from council. I've called and emailed [Name Removed] over 20 times asking when our house will be delivered with him giving a different excuse every time. We've been contacted by several different couples all with the same story. Paid our deposit then more money after DA and he ghosts you. [Name Removed] even shook my hand a said he's a man of his word and he'll deliver my house, lol. You're only a boy [Name Removed]! It's been almost 18 months and no correspondence from [Name Removed] in regards to delivering my house so now we've lodged complaints with Fair Trading, QBCC and ACCC. Our house is sitting in his yard rotting away with no tarps on it and looks nothing like the one we purchased. This guy needs to be stopped and his licences revoked. He's holding hundreds of thousands of people’s deposits and not delivering houses.
