Scam!! – 7 weeks ago I ordered a $100 bag. Never received. I sent numerous emails demanding a refund with no response. I now have contacted my bank to have the charge reversed. This has place is a giant scam!
They do not care – I placed an order and paid last week. They sent me an email now telling me that all the 3 items that I requested are OUT OF STOCK, and they will let me know once received!!! I have spoken to them today. The lady had an Indian accent, or they may have been answering the phone in India, and no solution to refund or promise. They are still listing all these products online. Medical supplies are a need, but they do not care, money first.
Biggest scam ever! – Placed an order in February 2022 for some KN94 masks. I never received my order. The seller doesn’t respond to emails. I launched an investigation with Sendle (the courier company they use.) Once the parcel is finalised as lost. They reimbursed the seller for the cost of my order. I haven’t seen a cent of that reimbursement. I am out of pocket… Read more
$99.98 and the seller has received $99.98 for my order and a further $99.98 as a reimbursement for the lost parcel from Sendle. I’m Currently in the middle of a PayPal dispute to try get my money back and sending their information to consumer protection. They shouldn’t be running a business with all these complaints. Seems like a scam to me. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them.

Product finally arrived – Ordered masks 24th Jan & after numerous contacts in early Feb re delivery which were never answered I stated I would look for a refund from Paypal. BUT this company really needs to better inform it's customers about their orders & delays. To not reply to any requests is so bad, just look at all the bad reviews.
Had to pay extra postage to receive items – Ordered N95 Masks back in December that were listed as being "In stock". They arrived today on 15th February stuffed into a tiny undersized envelope that we had to pay the Post Office an extra $4.70 in postage before they would let us collect as the masks had been stuffed into an undersized envelope. This is after we paid $9.95 in shipping on our order. Don't need the N95's 8 weeks later. Don't bother with this scammer.

Good product – After reading the other reviews on this site, I actually wished I hadn't bought from this company. I'm glad I did. Product is exactly what I ordered and delivered within a reasonable time, was certainly posted early, and then it was in the hands of Aus post. Ordered on 25th March, posted on 26th and delivered on 6th April. I can certainly recommend.
Scam Alert!!! Do not buy!!!! – Ordered some masks for mother in February and still haven't received them. strange which sent off some alarm bells. As my mother is sick and elderly she cannot pick up the items (which is the WHOLE reason why we wanted them delivered to her home address) and as a result, Australia Post have had to send the items back. I've been trying to get hold of QMS and have had no reply. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank to have the charge reversed. Be warned, they may seem cheap but buying from them will be a world of pain!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
Do not order with this company! – Ordered Face masks on 9.2. apparently sent by Australian Post, but never arrived, when I opened the tracking number, it was not Australian Post , but "Sendle", I have queried with Quality Medical Supplies and Sendle, but no response, emailed several times, there is no phone number to ring, Sendle only has automated message communication box. Only now I have looked at other Google reviews and discovered that others have similar experience.
Very dodgy company....scam alert – As per other reviews here I got caught with this company. I resorted to them when could not source masks I needed urgently. I also did not see these reviews till later, wish I had before ordering) I then lodged a Paypal case and they somehow managed to contact them as next thing I knew order was dispatched HOWEVER when it arrived it was significantly short on the number I ordered...now 5 weeks later. I emailed again and no response. I relodged the Paypal case which was eventually awarded in my favour and I received a refund. It was stressful so I reiterate as previous review stated do not go there!

in their dealings with PayPal. They responded that the order had been sent on the last day that PayPal were looking for a response - all they had done was create a dispatch notification. After a further 2 weeks, when PayPal again enquired, suddenly the goods were dispatched and PayPal’s disputed return was again delayed. The goods arrived 2 months after the order was placed, when I no longer required them and I had sourced elsewhere. I endeavoured to return the goods for a refund but the supplier refused and PayPal rejected my claim as the goods had been received. I am disappointment in PayPal’s handling of this transaction but the best response now is for no one else to get caught out by this organisations questionable practices.
Do not go there – Website looks legitimate with a .com.au address, affiliated badges etc, but no listed address or phone number. Yeah, I fell for it as I couldn't source masks and RATs in store. 7 weeks, more than $500 lost and no sign of anything.
Poor customer service. Poor quality products. Wouldn’t recommend – No response to emails once they have your order/money. Poor customer service. Over a month before they shipped my order. Poor quality products. Ear straps on the N95 masks I ordered are too short and hurt ears. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Won’t be shopping there again.

no product sent. then lost – ordered masks 7-8 weeks ago. after 5 weeks or so i asked where are masks, through paypal. suddenly and onlt then it is in the mail with SENDLE. sendle tell me parcel dropped off but nothing. i had to write 3 emails to sendle to get a reply. i have paid for nothing.
Horrible company. Keep clear, seriously!! – Bought masks 8 weeks ago after their advert said masks "available." I doubt they were available in Australia but in an overseas country way up north. money out of me once...but not again! A frudulent "company" needs to be reported to Consumer protection and Federal police. As this purchase and delivery is taking so long to arrive for this pandemic...I think if they ever turn up then the masks might possibly arrive in time for the next possible global pandemic!! A non ethical "Australian" company that scams real ethical Australians. Here I come PAYPAL...get ready to refund my money! Your legal team can deal with these fraudsters.
No sign of delivery – I ordered 50 pack of kn95 masks on Feb 4th. No sign of them still. Now reading reviews think I will be taking legal action very soon if they do not arrive.
Complaint of order not received – On 18/1/2022 I ordered 50 pack of KN95 Masks which had ‘In Stock’ marked. I paid $124.99 via PayPal. It is now 3/02/2022 and I have yet to receive them. Can someone please explain!

Surprise, surprise they turned up a while later packaging not good or protective. Some masks had filling coming out of them. Worst part they are HALF the THICKNESS of the ones I bought from a chemist beforehand.

Poor service, bad product - avoid – Postage of the product was only initiated once a PayPal buyer protection refund was raised. Once finally received more than a month after the order was placed, an additional $4.70 postage was required before I could pick the masks up. No response to any communications (email to the email on the order, email to the email address associated with the PayPal payments, web form submitted) Avoid this scam.
Slow, unanswered emails and charged $5.70 postage even though I had paid $9.90 – Took a month to send masks that were a cheap Chinese knock-off. Did not reply to emails. Post Office charged me an extra $5.70 for a standard PO envelope they used. Post Office pointed out there was no company name or address of the sender on the envelope. I asked for amount of excess postage to be credited to my Paypal account, but it has not been done. Avoid them like the plague.
Ripoff … scam – Took 5 weeks to get 50x N95 masks. No answer to numerous emails. They charged $3 per mask . Exactly the same mask at Bunnings .40 cents . Stay away

Ripped off – Purchased these k95 mask believing them to be of good quality in line with the company claim that they are all Australian company 100%. So I happily paid $125.00 to purchase a 50 pack of k95 mask only to find they are cheap Asian imports that I could have purchased from bunnings for $20.00. Feeling absolutely ripped off and any future allegiance to "Buy Australian " has evaporated.
Scam Company – Took over a month to post purchased item. Only posted after a PayPal dispute. Then, charged more for postage (on top of what I initially paid). Scum company. EDIT: PayPal gave a refund.
Very poor service – Ordered 20 KN95 masks on 16/01/2022 and received on 15/02/2022. They were supposedly in stock. Like others, my email requesting delivery ETA was not answered. Scammed like many others – Ordered a 20 pack of KN 95 on 27 January and paid with Paypal. They were supposed to be in stock but stil lhaven't arrived (16 February) and I've had no response to a follow up email (11 February)

attempt to resolve with another email and still no reply so have now lodged dispute with paypal. This is $400 of our monies these crooks are holding and thinking this was reputable business in the begining has turned out as a Complete and utter scam, AVOID at all COSTS

tracking number off a random pre-paid envelope but don't actually ship it. I'm hopeful that PayPal is smarter than that and will still process my refund. It would be interesting to see if they use the same tracking number for all other PayPal disputes.

Do not buy from this company – I am still waiting for my product, almost 4 weeks and they do not reply to any emails which i have sent. Will be taking it up with paypal to get my money back. Not at all impressed and will never try and buy anything from them again.
Finally received order – One month after placing my order, with no response to queries I made, and having lodged a dispute with PayPal, I have received the goods. Both the product and packaging were fine. (See my previous review on roughly Feb 3rd). This company has caused a lot of stress to customers, and needs to upgrade its communication arrangements. Not a great experience, but perhaps they will improve.
Do not buy from this company – Do not place an order with this company They will take your money and not deliver. I have sent several emails to these guys only to get on one occasion a scripted response telling me they are busy with orders, don't know who's orders their working on because it looks like everyone has the same issue 2 weeks have now gone by and still nothing.
