Extremely disappointed with the way my night went last night at the gearbox rave there was extremely poor management and entry to the event only letting a few people in at a time took over a hour to even get into the event.onces we where inside on the floor I needed the bathroom there are no toilets on the floor level forcing you to leave only to… Read more
find out you will not get to see the event you payed for again I had left the floor at 5:00 and didn’t get to go back down till 9:10 I missed the majority of the night with my friends and family we where then promised access down to floor if we just waited but we where never let down organisation was disgusting and I’ll never attend a event at qudos bank ever again
great customer service from Anum she was able to resolve issue within that day GREAT JOB JOE
Couldn't use cash – Tried to buy a bottle of water at the Sydney Kings basketball game sunday in 39° heat and was told cash is not accepted. Cash is still legal tender and I didn't have a card with me only cash
Paid for unobstructed view – Bought tickets for cirquede soleil making sure to choose unobstructed view. $132 oer ticket and Got to my seats to find a 3 height metal railing in front of me. As someone with no height advantage these rails were right in my viewing for the stage. The little girl 3 seats down was kneeling on the floor to see. These seats need a warning they are… Read more
not suitable for children or short people. Spent 2 hours scrunched down since no one knew if I could get seats changed and I would miss half the show having it addressed. Paying in pain the next day.
Amazing customer service – It's always a pleasure being greeted with a smile by Susie at the gate before going to our corporate box. Lizzo was a great night well done Qudos Bank Arena. It was good to see you again Susie. JBL
Rod Stewart concert 29/03/2023 – We sat 4 rows from the back in section 56 right in front of the stage, we weren't able to see Rod Stewart's head in the close ups on the big screens at all and could only see the small pictures, so that was a downer seeing he will not tour here again. Also Cyndi Laupers first 4 or 5 songs sounded terrible as the reverb was too much and the words to her songs couldn't be heard.
Stadium to die from – Last night we went to watch the Australian v Briton netball game after a failed attempt to get into a restaurant near there we decided to get some stadium food. What an absolutely disappointing decision that was. I ordered hot dog and Portuguese chicken burger and shoe string chips. The hot dog was a sausage wedged into a dry half cooked… Read more
lukewarm bun absolutely disgusting. My wife just couldn’t finish it even with two tubs of sauce. The Portuguese chicken burger was this barely warm chicken breast fillet sprinkled with some dried crumbs of vegetables on a dry tasteless barely warm bun. The whole thing tasted foul I could only eat two mouthfuls when I nearly chocked on it. The shoe string chips where just that old shoe strings cook to look edible. My advice to the owner of the food out let is “you need to serve some edible food that you would eat not that rubbish served at the stadium “ Will I ever eat there again NO do a recommend others eat there NO Only if you are starving and desperate. Only gave one ⭐️ because you don’t have the option to give poop piles.
