installer to ongoing customer support, has been smooth and easy to deal with.

The product itself is fantastic. The app is user-friendly and gives me full control over my subscription and tracking features. Everything is easy to navigate and works exactly as promised. I’m really happy with both the quality of the product and the level of service I’ve received. I’ve already recommended it to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

bad customer servers – signed up to get the upgrade back in FEB this year and heard nothing back and now it is Sept and when i sent a email asking why , i got back my account now been cancelled along with my booking, to have the upgrade which i was going to pay for , in my email i told them i was not going to pay extra if it was going to be more than we agreed ,If you… Read more

are wanting to upgrade and receive the installation it will be $290, and i think it was another $100 for them to come to my town to get it done

Tracker proven in car theft event – GPS Tracker has proven it certainly is valuable asset, my vehicle was returned with in a small amount of time with the criminal charged, certainly was very helpful for the police.

Tracker working well – Had some problem to start with but Quiktrak were very good at trying to fix the problem. Worked out that the van batteries weren't good enough. Replaced and now works very well.

Great product and service – Quiktrak has been a great asset for me as it has successfully allowed me to monitor my fleet of cars with zero problems. The service has always been punctual and extremely helpful, given their knowledge of the product. Would highly recommend these guys.

Would recommend to anyone who cares about their car – One of the best additions I've added to the car besides a dashcam. Has been installed in the car for over 3yrs now with very minor issues but were resolved and system working perfect.

some pages you can get it for 16 dollars a month and then on others you can get it for 19 or even 30 dollars a month.

To me this doesn't make sense? I mean i understand the concept or re-branding as much as the next person but to have such a large fluctuation in price seems like there ripping people off.

This is a family owned company who will do anything for the sale which again I can understand. But lying and ripping off customers should not be on this list. I found out that they turned my GPS tracker off without telling me because I hadn't accessed the system in a year or so, but they still charged my credit card every month.

When I complained they tried to organize a time to reinstall the tracking unit and the contractor they send out installed the wrong device, as a result it didnt hook up to the alarm system, they came out again tried to fix it and shorted out my battery - this was a person from the company not a contractor - I asked to see his formal qualifications and he told me he didnt have any just learned as he went along.

At that point I asked them to remove the device and give me a refund for the months that I said it wasn't working for and they argued the point they told me it was my responsibility to look after the device and log in to make sure it was working not there's.

I then had to get fair trading involved and as the invoice was with m2m and the company has been de-registered they said they cant do anything. Also while the tracker was live i was continually asking the company to fix is as it was never accurate - they told me there was low GSM mobile coverage in my area and it couldn't be helped - but then i drove the car into the city (which has full coverage) it still didn't work.

Honestly do not get involved with this company it was a very bad experience for me personally. be very careful with this company, the installer had no idea, the service is terrible, their head office is now in Perth and the there is no accountability within the organization - I found them very narcissistic to be honest

Useless – Having purchased a new car, I thought it would add to the security to have a tracking module fitted to my car so if it was stolen, it could be tracked, stopped and police called. I paid up front and a technician came to my home to fit the device, he spent all day and couldn't complete the installation and had to return the next day to finish. He… Read more

told me he was thorough so that's why it took so long he also admitted to having trouble installing the device and had to talk to friends about the problem. Finally he fixed the problem and said all was working, after one day I was getting calls from Quiktrak saying my car was registering as stolen when I was driving the car, then I tried the remote to open the boot which didn't work, I then asked Quiktrak to come and take the device out of the car and refund my money, they did this, the car then spent three days at the dealership having the electrics fixed after they had been damaged by the Quiktrak technician. A year later I was charged for a years subscription, I contacted Quiktrak and they said it would be refunded, nothing happened so went to Fair Trading who rang the company and was promised a refund, again this didn't happen so I took Quiktrak to the Fair Trading court, they were ordered to pay the refund, but again they didn't pay up. Be very careful with this company, the installer had no idea, the service is terrible, their head office is now in Perth and the accountant is always having a day off when you contact them, real shoddy company.
