QUILTON FACIAL TISSUES. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the serious drop in quality of QUILTON'S 3 PLY EXTRA THICK FACIAL TISSUES? Once, (not all that long ago), their facial tissues were so much thicker and adequately absorbent. Nowadays, their tissues feel wafer thin and generally disintergrate after just one or two gentle nose blows. Also, they are nowhere near as absorbent as they used to be. The new tissue I plucked from its box and only used once not a minute ago, is now damp and punctuated with two ten cent sized holes and a tear. We've pretty much always purchased Quiltons 3 Ply tissues, content in the fact that they'll do what they're intended to do. With the onset of Australia's Autumn, followed soon by our sometimes brutal winter, flu and colds will be the norm which means we'll all be reaching for a facial tisue to blow our runny noses on or to stifle our hacking coughs. QUILTON need to seriously revisit their quality control procedures, because the tissues they're currently producing are simply substandard if not shoddy, and nowhere near the superior quality they used to be. I do believe it might be time for our family to consider switching to a more reliable brand of facial tissue.
