Barrister also had no time on 6 April 2017 as she needs to represent other case. they asked me to request adjournment, which I refused. therefore they stated they cant represent me in this case as they have no time and had not read anything yet. I stated I will represent myself and asked money refunded to me ASAP. however, form April 2017 to date (24 Oct 2019), Rachel Bird failed to refund the amount back to me despite I have sent three demand emails. so today I sent a Demand For Action letter to them and will take legal action Stygian them if they failed to refund my money back to me in 5 business days.

Rip off and sent bill – Very unprofessional, rude, and the service is rubbish and on the middle of the case they send a huge bill if you don't pay they will make you lose on your case or they hold your documents until you pay them.

like this tactic and did not pay. I never went to court and there was no legal action. It was all a trick to see if i would pay. What a rip off. Never again.
