Good choice of fingerboards and very good service. My daughter was very excited to receive her fingerboard.

Terrible customer service – If you purchase anything from Radical Fingerboards and receive items in good conditions, good on ya, but if you receive a faulty one, get ready to spend a LONG time to get things sorted with the shop (phone calls and emails) as they rarely response to you. I purchased a set of trucks and the item delivered in a bad condition. It's been 3 weeks now and they still not response to my calls and emails.

Amazing company for all Fingerboard enthusiasts! – I highly recommend Radical Fingerboards! They have awesome products, it is a lovely family company who are very helpful. If you live in Sydney, a visit to Radical Fingerboards is also a great idea!

Faulty goods, non customer service – My son ordered a fingerboard and received a truck that wasn’t threaded, making it unusable. 3 emails, 2 phone calls, 1 Google chat and Instagram message have all been ignored. We’ve been trying for three weeks just to get a response. The faulty truck was a mistake, the total lack of customer service is deliberate.

Had issues they sent fix but same as before – It was a bit of a hassle communicating with Radical Fingerboard to sort out a warranty issue. But happy to say that they kept their word. So I have to change my review to reflect that. Put the "new" wheel that was sent on fingerboard and none of them spin freely. Not going to bother trying to send them back and get new ones. Bought a Berlinwood - Flatface Crystal Complete Set last week Friday. On Monday the front wheels stop spinning freely and the back ones felt a bit of a grind. Emailed Radical Fingerboards that Monday no reply, email them again on Wednesday still no reply. So disappointed with their after sales care, You spend $170 dollar on a Fingerboard the wheels don't last more then 4 days and the company can't even reply to your emails.
