Same as everyone – Exactly the same scenario as every other customer. Ripped off from Racechip for North of $600. No refund. All communication now ended as no longer can contact him. Business is gone. Scam watch don't care. Seems like a miracle to get your money back from his family. No idea how that happened.... DO NOT BUY. DO NOT. Seek compensation through civil claims court.

Ripped off / Fraud – Looks like i'm also one of the unlucky ones who dealt with Daniel Ferdman from RamSpeed. Paid $870 for a RaceChip which I never received. Hes gone silent on me as well. Looking at my options, but seems i'm going to have to report to NCAT.

Fraud – I purchased a race chip for $648 and each week I was told it would be coming but nothing came, now no one has replied to my emails and their website has been deleted, has anyone received any money back or items? And any ideas on how we should go about this?

phoney and a rip off – I ordered intake and exhaust only to put down a deposit and get nothing back in return. in a car club, tell your fellow members to stay away as far as possible and to tell them to post on any other car club site to avoid ramspeed.

Rip off my 2534 AUD – I ordered exhaust and racechip from [name removed] with deposit 2534 AUD. But nothing happened after July. I have already lodged a civil litigation against this guy. Let us put pressure on him.

Fraud – I ordered $3,500 worth of body kits for my mercedes benz on August 16, 2019. And today, so far nothing has been delivered, no response on phone or by email. I reported this business to NSW Fair Trade. DO NOT purchase anything from this fraudster. I have the address of RamSpeed in Sydney, if that is going to help anyone then please let me know.

40 years in business (no issues) and ripped off by a liar clown – I ordered a set of wheels that were coming from the USA for my Porsche Macan. 10 weeks of trying to find out where my wheels were I finally realised I was being ripped off. I have filed a claim against Stellarspeed Imports Pty Ltd the New South Wales local district court to try recover my money and if I can't will start to wind procedures against them and also check into his personal business conduct with the ASIC as a company director and have him personally held responsible as the Company Director for his conduct. I have also lodged a complaint with New South Wales Fair Trading (which is easy to do online) and scamwatch.com.au. This guy just cannot keep taking everyones money. Its time for us all to bring this guy down big time and put him where the other criminals in society are. Everyone just go hard with all authorities and make him pay, either money back or what he really deserves for ripping off thousands Of dollars from consumers. Make sure we all hassle the government departments to get onto him. Don't complain and forget make sure you get a result.

November 7th 2019 Update: I have been in contact with them

To all of those (including me) that have seemingly been ripped off by Stellar Imports (Trading as Ramspeed). Tonight I have had an extensive sms conversation with [name removed] and he has acknowledged that he has been contacted by Police and NSW Fair Trading. [name removed] has advised me that he is seeking help from his family to repay deposits (or supply goods ordered) by the 14th November. I have indeed escalated this issue to all government agencies and the NSW local court but I am thinking we should give [name removed] one last chance to repair what we think (know) is a rip off and allow him one week to get back to all reviewers (and anyone else effected) with his plan to repay or supply. If [name removed] doesnt deliver then it really should be open season on doing everything needed to get our goods or money back. By the way guys I have sent this full review to [name removed] as well So he is fully aware of whats been posted. Lets give him one week to deliver or repay and if he doesnt it will be open season.

Just got ripped off by this company do not use them – Ordered for race chip for Australia and got ripped off. Race chip in Germany are in a legal battle with this company/person. Do not order anything from them! Big scam

StellarSpeed imports, trading as Ramspeed.com.au is a total fraud – Ramspeed.com.au is a fraud. They are masquerading as Ramspeed, the real company is located at Ramspeedautomotive.com.au. I spent $700 ordering parts from Ramspeed.com.au and have experienced the same as others here. No product arrived. Promises of another weeek. I actually contacted the part manufacturer in Germany (Racechip) and they hadnt even received my order and recommended I try to get refund!

Ordered Items in January 2019, still nothing – Paid $1400 and 10 months later still nothing. Just like everyone else ordered my items in January. Every week I have been told its going to come in 7 days. I have also reported this to ACCC

RamSpeed reported to Fair Trading – RamSpeed (trading name for StellarSpeed Imports Pty Ltd) insisted on me paying a 70% deposit ($1474) but has not supplied me with the ordered Jaguar exhaust after more than 3 months. going to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading, which did not seem to bother him, and he has refused to reply to them as well. My only option now is to lodge a claim with the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal and incur further costs of $51 to try and recover my money. If anyone else has dealt with Daniel from RamSpeed and experienced a similar outcome, please report him to Fair Trading and the ACCC Scamwatch. You should not pay Daniel anything in advance for any reason as you will not get what you paid for.

Ramspeed Imports report to the ACCC – RamSpeed Imports has taken my money and not supplied me with any parts. There has been nothing but lies and lip service from [name removed] since then. RamSpeed - appalling Service – In early 2018, I asked Ramspeed to do a carbon & leather upgrade on my newly purchased BMW 230i Steering Wheel. wheel arrived. The work and finish was first class, but the three & a half month wait was in my opinion, very poor.

But wait it gets better. In February this year, I sent my Mercedes Wheel to RamSpeed for a similar upgrade. Promised at the time that it would not take as much time as the previous BMW wheel, it is now FOUR & a half months, and still no wheel. I have given up contacting the RamSpeed rep who always promises imminent delivery but this never happens. I honestly believe that he makes these promises just to get me off his back.

Seriously RamSpeed service is incompetent and appalling.

It's now November, and still I do not have my goods or a refund. I note that the Rampeed web site is still up & running, so people are still being defrauded. I have just made a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading, but surely this company should be shut down?

was after some aero kits from Hamann and AC Schnitzer. I had several detailed questions about how the kits were made, what features they maintained on the car and how it would work in ordering in conjunction with a GIO insurance claim. I was recommended to use a particular spray painter in Sydney. I wanted a particular Limited Slip Diff and potentially some aftermarket shocks, upgraded exhaust and some lighter wheels. So none of the details that I asked about on the Hamann bumper turned out to be as described by Daniel after he told me he'd asked. None of the payment arrangements were as originally discussed. He kept pushing me not to get the LSD. He tried to sell me wheels that had no TUV certification. The price on the shocks that he quoted me were about 25% higher than elsewhere. The Spray Paint shop he recommended as "dealing with our custom work all the time" hated him and had never seen the custom kits before that I'd ordered and did a poor job as a result. I have since been told by numerous trade contacts that the business was sold and split up.I have since found a good reliable, reasonably priced shop that answers emails, answers the phone, occasionally makes mistakes, but then apologises and fixes the problem to a state that was agreed to. Daniel may be an affable and charming young man, but his ability to stick to his word and manage a project is apallingly bad. Its taken nearly a year to get everything that he did fixed up.
