Unreasonable T&C's... BAD customer service – I ordered crutches for my daughter, by the time they arrived (over a week later) she no longer needed them. I requested to send them back in the unopened packaging. They refused the return. Their customer service is non existant. Dont buy from this company!

Most RAT suppliers had large notification that they were out of stock and so you kept on looking until you found someone who appeared to have them. Product itself is in good order. Next time I'll be more careful. I'm just glad it wasn't a scam company and let's be honest the Pandemic is not over yet and we can continue to use these tests (25) without having to go out to a testing centre.

worst customer service ever! do not buy from this company! – Ordered stock in January, still no delivery and now the testing kits can be bought at every corner. Poor communication with automated responses. Requested a charge back from Paypal and suddenly I have a tracking number in my inbox. Avoid this supplier at all cost.

Scam - don't buy from "non-rapid test supplies" – Ordered an "in stock" product on 27th January. Still not received. $200+ out of pocket to this Scam business. The company behind it, Bread Enterprises Pty Ltd, was only registered on 21st Jan 2022. They have no contact phone number and no street address. The email replies are generic lies. They refuse to refund. They need to be shut down.

Don’t buy from this company – Ordered on 4th Feb, still not received the order. Responses to my emails are just automated. I am Going to get my credit card company to dispute the charge. I believe this is a scam! Surely there is some way to stop them from trading?

Unhelpful and untruthful – I ordered RAT material in January, which eventually arrived late March after much difficulty and pressuring. useless items. I cancelled my order before the items were eventually sent but they would not refund me as they should. PayPal refunded me after examining the case.

Terrible service lie they do not have the stock. They order it and delay sending – This company should be shut down by Government. They lie on the website that the items are in stock. Why if they are in stock do they then direst you to another section when they will send out some month or more later. Then you pay express post but they say it can take 20 days to get there. Absolute crooks and the Government should shut them down.

Total scam – I ordered RATs and was told 2 week wait.. thry have never shipped them. Im now down $246 and stuck in investigations with Aust Post til 8 weeks after I ordered, despite express post. No response from the company. My bank is now looking into it

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING $$ AWAY!!! – I have placed an order on 19 January, and STILL not received my order from these people as at 10th March. They have plenty of excuses and are blaming COVID, the recent QLD floods that their warehouse and my location are not in that same state, Australia Post delivery times. Fraudulent website does not deliver – Orderdered in January and not a word from them. Received a tracking number but the item hasn't moved for weeks. I'll be contacting fair trade shortly. Do not buy from them.

ITS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! – ABSOLUTE FRAUD! RAT tests advertised as in stock & ready to ship… over a month later I have received nothing. Company will not respond to emails & provides no contact number. After lodging a case with PayPal, I conveniently received an Australia Post notification, which appears to get PayPal off their back, but my item is ‘delayed’ and still not received after over 2 weeks. manner. I was advised via email when I queried where my order was, that if I had checked the FAQ's I would have seen the expected supply dates?????? NO! there should have been something on the checkout page that indicated that the item wasn't actually in stock! This is dececption at it's best. Preying on vulnerable people, who needed the tests because they were in isolation. Not 5 weeks later!!! My paypal inquiry is still Pending and my tests are in transit somewhere according to Australia Post and have been for about a week. I don't need them anymore but they also won't take them back due to hygiene risks, even if the package isn't opened. Almost feels like a SCAM!!!

Terrible communication and service – I ordered a pack of 5 RATS on 28/1. I received a confirmation email and since then NO replies to numerous enquiry emails, until 20/2: I got an email saying they were with Australia Post. I am yet to receive them. This company advertises free express post. The RATS are almost no longer needed. What a waste of time and money. Love and learn. I’ll never use this business again.

This company expects the customer to read through a raft of links on refunds, terms & conditions etc. prior to purchasing but seriously why would you expect to have issues in the first place especially when the website listed the shipment date. The website looks very professional but this company is not! Don’t lose your money or waste your time by ordering from Rapid Test Supplies Australia.

There was no indication whatsoever on the website that supplies were not available at time of sale.

Rapid Antigen Test Supplier - Express orders weren't supplied - check the fine print – I ordered a pack of 25 rapid antigen tests on 20-1-2022 and paid for express postage. that the item wasn't in stock, so I assumed it would be ready to be despatched. On February 1st I sent an email asking for ETA. Was told that the item would be despatched 22-2-2022 at this stage. Why was there an option for express delivery and also where was the notification that the item wasn't in stock. I was in ISO and needed them. I would have just kept shopping, which is I guess why there wasn't a warning. I did get a email response with the ETA of after the 22-2-22 and a heap of links to FAQ's and shipping information 'I could have looked at'. Why would you if you thought you had bought something that would arrive within the week. I have requested a refund. If I get it I might change my review.
