can't even return emails – have sent several emails to no avail. they say they will respond within 24 hours. has been days. time to turn them into ACCC?????

Terrible- think a scam – Ordered a box of tests on 3rd January and it’s now March 31 and still waiting. Have contacted various times and asked for a refund and was told they had been sent (that was weeks ago and am still waiting). Don’t order from them- the other thing that makes me smell a rat is that there is no phone number to ring.

Borderline (probably) scam. No product sent, no refund issued – I ordered in the initial frenzy of RAT test orders in January 2022. In early Feb with no sign of the order being ready to go I asked for a cancellation and refund. (multiple excuses about waiting a few extra business days), and nor was the one they tried to contact me about after the fact saying they'd identified an error in processing and I could now definitely expect it (never came). Glad I paid by credit card and glad that my cc company has done a chargeback, not my problem anymore.

I was hoping I was an isolated case but there are many of the same issues posted to their twitter account so DO NOT buy from these guys, and if history is anything to go by, do not expect refunds to be honoured.

Useless! – Do not buy from this company. Ordered over 7 weeks ago, still no tests or refund. Must be a scam.

Bad customer service at every step of the journey – My wife and I ordered $416 worth of RATs on the 13th January, as we weren't sure at that point whether we would be supplied with RATs through our school. We received no updates from the company at all after placing our order :(. On the 14th February I contacted them to ask for an update. We waited a week after that - still no updates. On the 18th February I requested our order be cancelled, and I received confirmation on the same day.

That wasn't the end of it, because on the 24th of February - six days *after* I requested the cancellation! - they contacted us to say that there would be a delay with our refund because of "an issue with [their] payment processor".

Finally, on the 1st of March - nearly two weeks after cancelling - we received the funds in our bank account.

All in all a very disappointing experience.

Do not use this supplier to get your RAT tests – Ordered on Jan 10th now end of February with repeated promises they will send order No active follow up to communication or follow through on promised delivery. Now have RATs in every local shop but still no sign of delivery will wait to see if I get a refund or have been scammed
