edition ( Ray ban gold plated) their answer was:” We can’t get replacement as it was a limited edition and none of their official repair can either fix it. All my other sunglasses I have been regularly taken to a sunglasses shop and get them changed over (at my costs) but the problem still coming back.

I have 2 pairs of Belstaff and they seems holding over the years, is time to change my supplier and spend the money somewhere else.

Spend 245$ and I only received the cleaning kit. The box on the side was riped i had to pay special shipping..the item came for Dinghuan China and the box was cheap. Do not use your home address your time 80 percent willl be a miss

I have these expensive glasses and after 2 years the polarised film is delaminating. Went to the shop for a replacement and they said it is the normal "wear" which it isn't normal as they dont have scratches and I always take care of them. Pretty rubbish for a pair of glasses value $350 dollars.

I have never seen anything like this especially from a supposedly reputable brand as such. The glasses showed up completely warped with no lenses! Like what the actual F. Customer care is incredibly hard to hear over the phone and now it's a 2-3 week wait for a replacement pair! Absolutely appalling quality and service. Better off just getting the $10 pairs from the markets.

to wear them but for my surprise, one of the lenses had started to peel. I tried to find the receipt but after moving houses a couple of times (no excuse) I couldn’t, reached out to their customer service and got told that there was nothing they could do about it. Now I have a $200 dollar pair of sunglasses which look cheap / fake because you wouldn’t expect the original ones to have low quality lenses, would you? Avoid it at all costs, there are other brands in the market offering better quality products as well as better customer service. NEVER buying Ray-ban anymore. EVER!

ago still in great shape and better quality. Contacted Ray Ban and they wont even repair them. I will never buy another pair of Ray Bans again. They have an F grade on BBB.

Garbage. Bought Chromance lenses and they have scratched up despite being cared for, never dropped etc. The product is not fit for purpose as they do not stand up to every day wear.

 Follow-up  · I don't know what caused the scratches. They were stored in the case provided. I've had several pairs of RayBans and have never had any issues in the past. I think the Chromance lens' are sensitive or something. It just makes no sense how both lens' would get damaged.

They survived being squashed by my car!! – I ran over my 3 year old Ray Bans and squashed the legs flat. Managed to bend them back in shape. One tiny scratch on one lens and a small amount of scraping on the frames. But really wouldn’t know they had been run over. Worth the $ in my opinion.

Awesome sunnies – I bought a pair of Ray Ban aviators to replace a lost set in 1994. I took them in to have a broken cable arm replaced in 2005. The distributor not only replaced the broken arm but replace the whole frames. I'm still wearing them 15 years later. Can't beat that :).

Returning again cause they cant seem to do quality control. The frame and lens squeaks on the fist and second set yet they cant make them right or communicate to have that checked before they are sent out. Just dont waiste your time.

When I submitted another claim, it was denied over “invalid proof of purchase,” which feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility for a recurring defect.

Two defective units in a row is unacceptable. At this point, a simple replacement isn’t enough—I expect a working product or a proper resolution.

Buyers beware: based on my experience, the product is unreliable and the warranty support is frustrating and unhelpful.

They offered us to select a new combination for a new pair of glasses. We then selected a new pair and were told weeks later that they had no stock and no date as to when they would be in. They then offered us 2 cominbinations which did not satisfy so requested a refund. Only to be told ray ban dont offer refunds for warranty issues. This has been going on for the last 4 months, only owning the glasses for 8. Dont buy for rayban as they dont abide by uk trading standards by refusing refunds for faulty products. 1 star is far to high for the standard of customer service a big reputable company.

Paid over £600 for some of the Ray Ban Meta smart glasses a year and half a go. now they they are only splash proof. Shocked they changed their website and don't even honor their '2 year warranty!' The customer service team is so poor, they admit they dont even have a complaints prosedure and the only was to make a complaint is to email them and they send on to their managers, no way to contact anyone but the random front line ages. I just don't know how this company has got so big and so famous when the aftercare is so poor. I certainly won't be buying again from them and thank God Meta have found a new supplier to make their smart glasses. I will go down the legal route to get my money back, bad ending to purchase I loved so much for months.

put my sun glasses on I found one of the arms is missing, I traced my way back into the museum and was unable to find the missing arm and it's not in my car either; it became a mystery when and where I lost it. The sunglasses is still with me but unusable. Both sunglasses costed more than $200AUD each. It's very disappointing and I felt like being conned, such a big name and expensive price, but LOW QALITY. I will definitely not buy Ray-Ban again as I would be a fool to pay high price for the low quality cheap product three times!!

Bad design caused both lenses to be scratched by the tips of the arms when in the provided case. One year old and for $160.00 all Ray-Ban customer service said was "buyer beware". I will never buy Ray-Ban again.

I first rung Ray band chadstone 17 /07/2025 .trying 2 inqur about a product. I Rang for 5 days straight Not 1 returned call . Perthetic customer service, must not give a [Content Removed] about customers, like so many businesses these days . Obviously the staff aren't trained on how to answer a phone ....

delivered well within this time. It even added extra time because they were prescription. I contacted them to say that t I wanted them in the last financial year -Which was still within the timeline they had promised for delivery but all I got with vague responses. Would not buy from them ever again customer service nightmare.

EDIT, they did reach out after this to make things better. Glasses arrived and they work well. I’m pretty happy, my only complaint is transition lenses don’t really darken much in sun and even less in my car. Would not recommend transition if mainly using outdoors.

I am absolutely disgusted to be paying for Rayban sunglass and only to realise that it’s made in China and I hate made in China goods as except for iPhone I have had bad bad experiences with everything I have bought from car to kitchen products. If I knew these pairs were made in China I wouldn’t buy them as I have been a Ray ban users since early 2000s and always thought it to be made in Italy. I wish I never bought them now

I didn't receive any such notification via email until I contacted on the last day. She processed the refund without even investigating it further. How order can process online if the item is sold out???

Then I called the customer service, her name was [Name Removed]. She was very rude and cold while answering and sounded like she is playing some video game in the background. She didn't even have any idea why my order was cancelled or did not want to investigate it further. I asked if she can pass on the call to her manager and she said manager was on holiday (of course). There was no one else that she can pass the call to. I hang up the call and tried calling again expecting someone else would answer. Guess who answers, [Name Removed], while playing video game in background. Ray-Ban being an international brand, only have 2 people working for customer care, [Name Removed] and [Name Removed].

This was a gift for my brother and I was really relying on it as I am flying overseas tomorrow. This is very sad and irritating to see such a poor customer service. No liability and lack of professionalism from customer service. Hope Ray-Ban addresses this issue.

I purchased sunglasses and the site did not inform the model was out of stock. Ray-Ban took the money out of my account immediately. After an hour on the phone I was I formed it will take 5-7 business days to refund me.

Unfortunately I bought a pair of Burbank glasses on duty free. Didn’t check them until I got home. Once I opened the box I noticed that the arms are very out of whack and the frame had a crack, so the lense fell straight out. I reached out to ray ban asking if there is anything I can do, “we don’t offer warranty” “discuss with the store you purchased from” unfortunately that’s in a different country. Very un helpful and frustrating

I brought a pair of ray bans in Argentina whist on holidays. Purchased them at sunglasses hut which both are international companies since getting home have an issue with one lense can’t get any resolution sunglasses hut say contact ray ban bl say contact sunglasses hut it’s ridiculous!! So frustrated I’ve been a 20 year loyal customer of sunglasses hut and always brought ray bans so never again will never recommend either company anymore

I have ordered or bought probably 10 pairs of ray bans and never had a problem until this time. I ordered my glasses on March 13 and I received an empty box anbout a week and a half later. Called to get another pair sent to me and they keep giving me the run around. This will be the last pair I ever buy from them. I paid over $300 and it has been weeks!

Honestly buy a pair of knock offs for $5. The quality will be better. Ray bans are now complete rubbish. the lowest quality cheapest plastic junk. the knock offs you can buy for $5 are probably made in the same factory. Avoid avoid avoid. Dont get ripped off.

Please do not order from the online store. I returned an item on 02/19 waited 15 business days for a return and now the company is stating that there was only one out of two items returned when they where bagged and then boxed together. Of course the most expensive item was “lost”. Please be careful I am now out of $177.
