Pizza cheese that doesn't melt – Their Tuscanny cheese 'Shredded Pizza Blend' refuses to melt which is the basic function of the product. Even after 15 minutes in the oven it just started to burn on the edges. Tried to melt it in a pasta dish with same result! I decided to write this review before tossing the balance in the bin. Wrote to company with no response
