Is there a phone number for this “company”? Website is hopeless!!! Took my money to advertise my property for rent but then came back with a request for a rates notice (not mentioned anywhere when I was writing the listing grrrr). I provided them with the information but my ad hasn’t gone live and there doesn’t appear to be any way of contacting them. How is this even legal? Wish I had read the reviews before paying my money!

Email them that you will be mentioning them in Product review. I got a prompt response.

Has anyone had trouble accessing their “notes” written using the app? It seems that this function is provided on the app, but not anywhere else. TIA.

You have to have the property "Saved" or starred before you can add notes online. Crazy. I want to add a note to say why I didnt want to Save the property so if I come across it in a month or two, I can easily see why I chose to skip it.

I cannot get the app to display additional property photos on iPad. The Apple store tells me my iPad is no longer supported so can I get hold of a previous version that DOES work?

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you other than try a different browser. (DuckDuckGo or Opera) Also I have success with Domain.com. which seems to be a better designed website. Good Luck.

I only looked at 2 of the 9 pages & mostly they are terrible reviews. Realestate.com.au has not answered any of these many, many complaints that I could see--does this mean they are all legitimate & correct?

It means that they feel that they run a monopoly, whereby there's no need for them to care if someone has a problem with anything they do. A totally elitist and arrogant approach, yet for now they get away with it.

Realestate.com.au is the most comprehensive property website out there. Having said that, their website is difficult to navigate and it appears to keep defaulting back to Australia wide properties when I try to narrow a search to find what I'm looking for. Given the money in this sector it is disappointing the website is so "clunky".

I have read unofficial reports that the site is deliberately difficult to navigate, and particular search filter functions are made not to work to boost listing views on listings so agents think it drives more traffic. a good example is many people complain the over 55 filter does not work. It show retirement homes for everyone and people click on it. This website will be made obselete just like taxis because they offer the service now but dont make it good because of greed.
