They will rip you off – This company should be shut down by NDIS. [Name Removed] lied to get my work sent to her preferred OT and when we appointed our own OT she then insisted we have any building works coordinated by her OT at a wasted pointless extra cost to NDIS. [Name Removed] used 1 year of support funding in less than 2 months with absolutely no support and a claim that it didn't matter as she would just claim a review so she could get more money. Immediately on my leaving Recovery Options I was added to a staff email list and started receiving emails from [Name Removed] bek@recoveryoptions.com.au with other clients medical and personal details, I replied to these emails asking to be removed from the email list I would then delete the email, this happened repeatedly until I complained to NDIS and copied the complaint to Recovery Options. Do not use this company unless you want your NDIS funding raped and your medical and personal details spread to the community. Some Social Workers in the Yarra Valley are saying that a number of their clients have had the same issues.
