Red Dot

Compartment Wardrobe SKU: 015026 $39.99 – I bought this for camping. The frame is as you would expect for the price, little bit flimsy but still fair. The cover is complete TRASH!!! It rips with the slightest amount of pressure. All zippers broke off and thread came undone, I was able to tug gently and the zipper flaps all unravelled and came off. If you are buying this with the idea you can zip it shut then don't bother at all. If you want to buy it and don't mind not having it being zipped up, then it would be good for a weekend away.

Won't be buying again.

Red Dot....not my spot – I use to get a lot of things from Red Dot for my grandies eg. paints, arty crafty stuff, paints, photo frames which we would paint, put glitter on etc.. I would visit my local store a fair bit. I went up there today to buy storage containers, both large and small so I could finally sort, de-clutter, label and put away all my Xmas stuff. After getting everything I need, go and pay and the total is well over $160 (considering they had a sale on and the most expensive crate i got was $15, you can imagine how many i had) I told the young girl I had a $50 gift card and would pay the rest on my own card. Her reply was "Gift cards DON'T work here" I told her the Gift card should work everywhere that Visa is accepted, she replied "well, I'll try but it wont work". She swiped again, didn't work. I then explained that the Gift card was only for $50 so it would be a part payment on that and the balance on my own card. Her reply was that Red Dot DONT do that, if I dont have the money on my own card, she could take some items off so it would be cheaper. What, are you serious?? Was I embarrassed YES, will I ever go back to that store NO.. In fact, I dont think I will ever go to Red Dot again! And yes, I paid for the lot with my own card since Red Dot DONT TAKE GIFT CARDS. So to me Red Dot is a NO shop.

great store – bought an art work station that on line at an art sale on line it was $299.00 to$ 249 yet at red dot the same thing was $170 easy to put together and saved so much money great to do my artwork on really happy will shop at red dot anytime !

Best Red dot store to shop at – I tried to get a item from 2 other Red Dot stores and was told that i had to order it in myself and explained that not that savvy on computer so could they help me which i got a not so nice reply WE DONT DO IT| so i then tried coventry village Red Dot and a lovely girl called Chloe was more than helpful and said she did not know why i was told that and would order it straight away,she was so friendly and kind on the phone a real fresh air, the manager then called me when it came in and again so nice and friendly,her name was Esther.Then i called to order another one of the item and chloe picked up the phone again, she said she was going to call me to find out if i was happy when the purchase eg framed picture came as she was not there when my friend picked it and yes i was thrilled with it.THIS is what customer service i about and they do it in bounds so thankyou so much Chloe and Esther i can not wait to meet you in person ,regards a very happy customer Wendi
