Don’t waste your money – E610012V at three times the price of competitor. Compressor fails after 13 months and costs $3000 to replace. Seller (Baxters, part of Burson’s), makes life difficult avoiding their obligations under consumer LAW leaving customer to cook for weeks with no care whatsoever. Rain water leaks through poorly sealed evaporator casing. Chinese compressor with Italian plastics and fans assembled into a ‘Made in USA’ piece of junk. High priced item sold as quality but fails to deliver. Absolutely not worth the money and more trouble than I have ever had with a rooftop air conditioner. Don’t do it to yourself.
