Horrible customer service – The customer service ruin my daughter's 1st birthday party. 1.The girls on the floor they are lethargic and in hurry. When any guest ask them to refill cold drinks they just doing it very late and showing not interested attitude. 2.During the entree service they just served once in every table for 8 people which they told us before but when any table 8 or 10 people sitting and finishes their food and ask for more they didn't serve from any other table where as their only 2 or 4 people sitting with the full 8 person's serve. They should redistribute the foods with in the tables. What they did they just take back rest of the foods. 3. Entree served at 7.50 pm and 8.10 pm we asked our guests to come forward for cake cutting. Many of them leave their unfinished starter plate on their table to see cake cutting. When they return back to their table the service girls already take their plates and they did the same with the main dinner as well. Even with the hosts. While eating dinner my husband leave his plate in a table to see off some guests. After he came they took his plate as well. So some guests and host didn't eat properly. It's a shame for us while we paying money for birthday party but the service we are getting is not acceptable. 4. With the dinner they open the counter at 9.15 and without asking any host they closed it 10.00pm. Me and one of the guests only had one serve and we saw they pack away all the foods. 5. Now coming on the menu and the cooking. We had their food before and it was tasty. But on our occasion they served the chana chaat we ordered but they replaced the chickpeas with black chana. 6. Kachhi biriyani and egg korma was good but chicken roast was none but the suger syrup gravy just yaak in taste. Paneer was chewy. They replaced rosokodom sweet ( what we order)with kalajamun(what they served) and that also cold. They didn't let us know before serving. So all along after the party when I asked my guests for review they complained about the food and the service they provide us. We felt so sad and bad bcz this venue is good looking and quite expensive than the other in this location. But after paying also we are not satisfied and our guests are not happy. We are very disappointed.
