Avoid! – I called this business about a pest problem. He come out and supposedly had a solution that would solve my issues within a few days. 8 days later I called back to say problem still existed and made a time for him to return. Was a no show. Do not use this company.

Friendly enough company just not a strong product – Happy enough to do resprays just the product they use is too weak. Had them twice within a month and still have roaches and spiders in the house. No reflexion on Gavin who always is cheery and chatty.

NO SHOW-NOT RECOMMENDED – Not recommended! Booked and did not show up. I took morning of work. Rang to ask what was happening. Got some feeble excuse. Why sent me a $10 off valued customer voucher and treat me like this. I won't be back for sure, even if you offered me $100 off.

excellent service, great advice for pest control in West End, QLD – I had lived in an old Queenslander-style house and had used Redlands Pest Control to do pest control spray (mainly black ants). They were prompt, reliable, professional and courteous both in terms of booking and the actual on-site service. The technician also provided advice about how the tree branches touching the verandah were creating a 'highway' for the ants to reach the house. I highly recommend them.
