have the speed and incline buttons right in front of you to make adjusting easy whilst walking. Delivery was easy and so was installation. I did make one mistake when installing (read the instructions first, lie it flat BEFORE you cut the packing tape on the treadmill) however I contacted the team and they helped me immediately. It has been put to good use already and ist just what I need, and it stands up and can be moved out of the way easily. It's a winner and I would definitely recommend this model.
