Poor service and nil response – Reception are inept at responding to admin queries weeks afterwards, always getting the correct billing code wrong then take your payment.. afterward they state they cannot change the invoice even upon their [Content Removed]. No response from [Name Removed] the owner even when emailed. Useless service after informing them of ndis plan after seeing 3 of their therapists, each of which moved on.
