I selected a 30 day free trial. I cancelled the subscription before the end of the trial. I was incorrectly charged. I notified Relatio. the fastest reply and resolution I have ever known occurred! I only cancelled because I needed to rearrange my Carer schedule to allow the time to put the information into practice. As a 'good will' gesture I was offered "Lifetime membership with all future updates" for FREE . . . . Yes. for free I'm more than happy with that offer - and no doubt my partner and I will be happier from using the app ❤️
