I would not even give remco 1 star. Unless you live in suburbian Victoria do not even consider buying a remco pool cover. We are in the Huntet Valley in NSW, have had 2 issues that needed repairing and they have a rep in Sydney who we paid 4 hrs travelling time each way....twice plus the repair time. Very unimpressed with this company
Follow-up · We now keep the power plug un plugged to our pool cover and only plug it in if we want to open or close it. The expense to pay for a service person to drive 4 hours here and back to sydney...8 extra hours cost on top of the repair, was a disgrace. The cover also looks awful after 4 years of being in the sun. When it finally dies, we will NOT be replacing it with a Remco pool cover

Automatic pool cover – My Remco pool cover became detached, I called Remco and spoke to Carolyn, she was outstanding with her advice and her instructions on how to repair the problem. After Carolyn email it took 5 mins to re-connect the slates and I had everything back in working order. Loved Remco's cover and most of all their service was prompt, polite and informative to fix my problem, thank you Carolyn and Remco.

love my pool cover – Excellent back up service from the office, friendly helpful and professional. Saves me heaps on water and chemicals and keeps the ducks away. Pleased to not have the ugly surface roller type
Warranty of little value – My pool cover curtain failed inside the warranty period. I was told by the agent that the french manufacturer of the curtain would not stand by the warranty on the grounds that the chemistry of the pool was not maintained properly; this could neither be proven nor disproven. cost of an alternative new cover. This cost over $4000. So much for the original warranty. Once again there is only one agent that I can find.
Very expensive to repair and replace motor – Motor on the pool cover has failed, replacement cost is over $6,500 with only the manufacturer able to repair it. It is incredibly costly to repair with no opportunity to go elsewhere to repair.
