Rent The Roo

Very much legitimate and supportive. Everything I have ever rented out including a switch a phone a meta headset have all been easily consolidated into 1 payment. Already finished 2 of them so far they are very much professional in all manners I can't see why anyone would 1 star such a fantastic service.

Only changing my review thanks to Danny I have all ways rented from them and have the most up respect for Danny and Aron witch sadly Aron don't work there any more and neither dose Richy anymore both retired now thank U Danny for helping me once again

I have been with these people for well over 10 years and have never had a problem with them.. central coast Rtr are amazing… I have fully furnished my house thru them … 100%

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. I earn $4000/month, monthly expenses $2000....how am I " not eligible " because I am " in the red " for $16/WEEK fridge? But thanks for making me review my finances and now I have bought the fridge at another place instead of getting roped into a contract that wouldn't suit my needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Stay away from this company....asked me for a centrelink statement,I'm not even on centrelink as I'm a full-time worker..then asks for other details from a Miranda when it's Sunday (WA weekend!!!!!! Personal details sent to a company that's all red flags for spam & false advertising

Worst experience with a family owned company ever! Ordered a washing machine on a Saturday as mine broke so I needed it urgently. Signed the paperwork on the Tuesday got told it would be delivered on the Friday and I would be given a time frame and then a text to let me know its 30 minutes out for delivery. minutes out so I rushed home from work, got there at 920am and sat there for a hour until I decided to call and find out what's going on, then was told they already came and no one answered so they left and it will be delivered on Monday now. So Monday comes and im told it will be delivered between 9am and 11am so I go home from work and sit around waiting till I msg them at 10:50 to say no one has been what's going on. Then was told they were given the wrong time frame. So I go back to work to wait for the correct time frame. Don't here a peep out of them unless I call them so I called and said what's going on they said they were waiting to hear from them at 2pm. Then they finally text me to say sorry it won't be delivered today. Im actually dumbfounded at how bad this company is. It blows my mind there still in business..

I have been with rent the roo for over 7 years now and can't fault them and the bonus is the same delivery driver wether it be central coast or upper hunter. They always look after the customers and usually within 2 days of applying you gt your delivery.

Never using never recommend – Tryed to get ps5 bundle that comes with 75"tv nocked me back to 65" and made it a separate contact and want more bond for that witch is the same as getting one out right. bond costs the same as JB hi Fi out right

Better of to look elsewhere – Rubbish not worth the hassle getting documents and references together to be knocked back on a $12 per week rentle better off trying another rentle company that's willing to give you a try and fair go because this one ain't one for the battlers out their

Utter Rubbish and waste of time and effort – The made me jump through loops asked for so much information .. Character References from 4 people ...... Waited 3 days only to be declined. I am glad they did they are the most expensive rental company in Australia.... R4K approved me in 1 day and 7.00 a week less for the same item....

Great to deal with – I've been a customer of Rent the Room for a long time now, and everytime I need something they make it effortless for me to get it. Convenient, efficient, fast and always a pleasure to deal with. That's why I keep coming back.

disgusting – doesn't matter what u do they won't help u don't go through them they will only waste your time they have items to rent online then will tell u they don't have it

Is this business for real? – My fridge died and desperate to get a new one, single mum care for my dad with stroke and its been almost 4 days I haven't heard anything at all and they have all of my sensitive information.. its almost like they dont exist. Safe to say facebook market place came up trumps for help and I'll be taking my money to another rental company.

Unbelievable honestly – I'm 53 & been selling cars on finance for over 30 years & have (zero bills) & on worker comp at $900 a week & they made it so painful to get a desk top computer at $70 fortnightly i thought your not selling a Lamborghini. Bad customer service – Rent the roo customer service has bad attitude and was quite rude don’t even bother even sign up with them if I’m getting attitude when just replying imagine signing a contract with them

Brilliant – I have been renting through this company for many years now and I will still give these folks 5 stars for their attention to detail and the way you will be treated with respect, as long as you show respect. Thank you for your services

Excuse me !? – Had two phone an a tv from this company , to a value of about 2600$ they charged me 7000$ .. dont sign anything unless u read it first , wtaf dont trust what they tell you.. Disrespectful ladies

Absolute Trash – Signed up for a mobile phone. Asked them to get a RealMe from another place, and they were happy to do it. try to call them, and they NEVER answer, but SAY they will call you back. That call never comes - Unless you are a new customer. Then they expect 3.5 times the amount the Product is worth. What garbage. Do not trust these people. They will only cause you problems. There are other companies and options A LOT better than this trash.

Also its funny how there is only a few select offices And it seems no matter where you live, It will go through Janet and Damien at Casey Rent the Roo... Phone Rental – I applied for a phone through rent the roo, I was approved the same day and my phone delivered 2 days later. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly, and the process was simple.

Biggest Rip-off out there – I haven't used this service, and I don't plan to for very good reasons. I came across an ad somewhere online for Rent the Roo and looked at their pricing to get an idea. or JB. If you use this service, you'll end up paying a whopping $3900! That's three times over the retail value! And that's FROM $25 per week, probably not including admin costs etc. You could be paying nearly four times the price!

Buyer beware! You're better off saving $25 for 12 months and buy it outright!

My freezer and double bed – I rented a freezer double bed and other things through rent the roo they are fantastic very quick on approval and delivery would highly recommend them they around they are fantastic Plus always give you a thank you voucher Show 2 replies

ollee laptop – A cheap rebadged computer sold in new zealand. Ollee is a badge… not a company. No aftermarket service or parts available. They didn’t fool the kiwis and did not sell well…How did they end up at rent the roo Australia? Bulk buying with 600 to 900% markup is the answer. Do not trust rent the roo. Rent the roo targets the vulnerable

Best rent to own company – I have been with rent the roo for years , Always get approved very quickly, Fast, friendly service highly recommend, Always get the goods delivered quickly as well . Northside rent the roo are amazing

Prey on the vulnerable – Charging 3 times sometimes more on the value of their products. Preying on the vulnerable. It's criminal. I don't know how these guys are even in business tbh. $21 a week sounds good until you do the math and look at the profit they make off you

Ammoral Business Dealings – Products quite good but too expensive for the specifications, size and brand. Their business preys on the financially vulnerable. Charged 3 x the worth. Repaid the costs with no debt clearance.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – I rented a couch off this company I contacted them to pay out my contract and they wouldn’t allow me to do that I then advised them that I wanted to return my rented couch and again they refused so I cancelled my payments in hope they would collect their goods instead they left me with a default on my credit file Terrible service and unethical behaviour
