I waited a week and called him and he said it would take another week for accounts to process it. Waited another 2 weeks and I emailed him again and he said he is following it up with accounts. 4 days later, still no response and so I called [name removed], only to have him tell me he won't refund the money because the PA System worked when they tested it out prior to delivering it to me! and the fuse must have blown while the PA System was being transported!!!! Utter rubbish!

I was not happy and said it was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to someone else who had more authority (Accounts Dept, manager, etc). He acted like a child and said 'Fine you want to speak to someone higher, go ahead". And he hung up the phone on me! This happened today.

Rentalplus is one of the most ridiculous, unprofessional companies i have come across. And dont count on getting anything back if your equipment does not work. They'll just blame it on you moving the system while transporting it.
