Airfit F30i headgear purchased Nov 2022. Frame connector (part 6) lug locking cushion in place has just broken off and I now cannot use UNLESS I REPLACE. It has not been taken apart since assembly at purchase. I like this headgear I am afraid it is cheaply made and simply a money spinner for RESMED. Only a 30 day WARRANTY (extended to 45 days) in Sleepvantage. Big deal, still a piece of crap. What will you do RESMED????

I purchased the Resmed N30i today brand. Ew and it has the plastic cushion but when I watched reviews on YouTube apparently the new ones should be soft silicone? Is this correct?

I tried for a good long time to make that headgear work for me but it blew a gale no matter what. Very breezy. The nasal cushion was soft silicone as far as I can remember.

The frame is plastic but the nose cushion is soft silicon. It deteriorates very quickly and costs $85.00. I have used two in sixteen months

Is it too much to expect a 100% reading? Everyday my readings are in the low 90’s. A friend who has the same machine(ResMed Air10) is getting a 100% reading but his mask is different to mine. His is a full mask but mine is a nasal mask. I’m definitely not happy with the nasal mask I was talked into by NSWCPAP. It’s a non-pillow mask which I was led to believe was a new and better product than the nasal pillow I had previously. Is it the mask that’s causing my lower reading? RW
