She contacted me again within a day, not only with the manufacturer’s response, but also with several delivery/pickup/pricing options depending on the urgency of my need for the product. Ultimately, this item proved not to be suitable for my situation, so Samantha sent me links to several of their other products as options for me to consider. Unfortunately, none of these products were quite suitable for my specific situation either so, sadly, I wasn’t able to make any purchase. Nonetheless, Restoration Online will certainly be my first option when I am next looking for home renovation products. Thank you, Samantha, you could not have been more helpful! A quick glance at some of the other reviews of Restoration Online on Productreview.com.au shows that, whilst you’ll never please all of the people all of the time, excellent customer service very much seems to be the norm for this company, and that Samantha is not alone in delivering it for them.

Honestly so happy I stumbled across this brand online. I was in the market for a door handle to the front of my unit and Restoration had so many options to suit the old building. Recommend for range, value, and customer service – Excellent customer service from this online store with real, helpful people behind it. There was a query with one of my products, and I received emails and phone calls to confirm and process my order. The items arrived in a timely manner, and are just perfect! Delivery, what Delivery – 50mm brass handles shouldn't take 11 months to be delivered. Still waiting for my towel rail. They also hide behind small print to justify poor performance. Restoration online shouldn't have items "on sale" when they can't deliver

Do not allow lower rated product reviews on their website – They do not allow low rated reviews on their website. Buyer beware of 4 or 5 sta item reviews as they do not post lower rated product reviews. This is better known as false advertising.

No return policy – Incredibly poor service if the product does not fit / is not as you expected. Order expensive door handles and they were the wrong fit for our doors. We returned them a few days after receiving them in the original condition. returned them immediately in perfect condition. They refused the refund (after confirming the refund and prompting us to send back the items while still wearing the cost of postage for return). Now are claiming we should pay for postage a third time or they will 1. not refund us and 2. not send the doors back so we can try to on sell. Crazy to think this kind of company can succeed under Australian Consumer Law and the trust we put in to online stores. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Excellent customer service – I recently purchased door hardware and hinges from Restoration Online and was impressed by their attention to detail and customer service. They notified me that I had purchased the items from two different ranges and asked whether that was intentional as it would be a different finish. 2nd time perfect – We ordered a front door thumb set. We had to wait awhile as they were coming from the US . The 1st one we got looked great, but unfortunately didn’t work properly .
