I'm writing this review after being a member with them for some time and having used their service. The reviews from other platforms seemed fake. I don't recommend joining them as they didn't really help with my case and they did not lead nor give solutions. Instead, I was the one leading and telling them what to do. They were not proactive and I felt like I had no support. The staff there were playing it safe at all times and they had no confidence in saying or doing things. There was no structure. By the end of it, you can just go straight to Fair Work to resolve all issues, as it seemed to be the only place with authority. Don’t get scammed into paying monthly membership fees. They do the bare minimum.
