Revere Miami Adjustable Sandal

Faulty sandals – I was a big fan of Revere Sandals until recently. I currently own 9 pair, one pair still not worn; I know that's a lot of shoes but I've been told you shouldn't wear the same shoes day after day. They are expensive but as an oldie, quality, comfort, and ease of getting them on and off is important. I bought them all through my Podiatrist. I made a complaint about the serious deterioration of the soles on a pair, as show in the picture. The model is Miami, they're so comfortable and easy to wear I have three pair in different colours; one pair is older, then there's the damaged pair, and the other pair still new. The damaged sandals are a couple of years old but my issue is that the older pair are fine, like has the quality dropped, or is it just a problem with that pair? I complained to the company, the email went to The Comfort Co., who are apparently their agents in Australia. I had no satisfaction at all, they said the problem "should not" happen to the new ones, not that it won't, just that it should not; they didn't offer to take the new ones back and all they will offer on the damaged pair is 15% on an online purchase of another pair. I can get a much better deal than that when they're on special, besides that who would want another pair under the circumstances. Since complaining, I've had a problem with another pair, the pinky gold ones in the picture; the velcro came away, I glued it back on but it's just not holding on both shoes, so I can't wear them. My advice, buy another brand, don't trust Revere!
