I purchased an extended warranty on my Macbook from JB HIFI. After finding that I had to send my laptop away, I was dubious and worried about the time I would be without it. I could not be happier with how quickly it was turned around after repair and the ease of the process. So thankful to the team.

We visited Revive technology yesterday for my sons Mac Air issue. We had the best experience with Marcus, the Mac guru and can’t say enough great things about his service. Excellent Service – Had problems with my LG ultralight laptop, In Tasmania spent $199 with an IT technician who although very pleasant did not sort out the underlying issue. Sent it to Revive who resolved the problems in a few days. Their StarTrack delivery system is excellent.

Great friendly service and no wait time – I dropped my iPhone 11 off for repairs and was welcomed by helpful friendly staff who did the whole job in under 3 hours, it looks brand new. I would use this company again.

Take that trip to the Apple store – I am not one to write a bad review and I try to avoid as much as I can however this review definitely needs to take place. I had given my MacBook Pro for a screen replacement which had costed $900 in total. My MacBook Pro functioned perfectly fine besides the screen. I could barely load any apps or browsers. This was also my work laptop so I had to reboot and reformat my whole laptop to see if it would start to work again. They started to blame it on ‘liquid damage’ and that it would cost me a further $700 to fix.

I repeat it was working perfectly fine before I handed it in. It was a bit sus that they didn’t turn on the laptop for us to see that it should work perfectly fine so I’m sure they knew that there was a problem with the MacBook. But they had left us leaving the store knowing that there was going to be an issue with the device when we returned home. Bad customer service. They should have definitely given us a more thorough explanation throughout the whole repairing process and also at the end.

If you want to get any Apple Products fixed I would highly recommend going into an the Apple Store itself. All I’m saying is, I could have bought a brand new laptop with the $900 if I had knew this would be the outcome. No refunds offered didn’t want to help but just wanted to take more of our money.

Save yourself and take that trip to the Apple Store.

A zero star for worst customer service – Would not recommend anyone to use their service as a front desk personnel pressed the laptop screen so hard that the screen completely blank out instead of having few missing pixels in the beginning. Offers no support and insists it's not their fault.

Great and friendly staff and service – I went in today with an iPhone which was wrecked. The staff there were so sweet, I was served by Monica in the start. All team members were very nice and helpful. The service was excellent I would much rather come back here with any apple Issues it was so convenient. They treat you better then apple stores do. My phone was repaired in just 2 hours! (Touch screen stopped working and ghost touch). Highly recommend thank you!

iPhone Repair – Phone was returned in same condition following a warranty issue with a comment from Apple that it had been tampered with. Found a screw had been stripped. Its never been for repair before. Suspect they had attempted a repair before sending it to Apple workshop. They did not return my call. Followed up with Apple but Revive denied damaging the screw. Would not recommend.

after returning home I researched the specific issue myself which is clearly stated on Apple.com/support that it's a known Apple issue where Apple will repair the device - free of charge. The Revive staff simply didn't check. I then called Apple who in turn called Revive (prior to me returning a second time) to ensure they understood the process and would simply send the phone off to Apple for repair. So, off I went again to Revive where they were yet again unsure about the policy, checked with the manager who was more concerned about a hairline crack on the top corner (which does not affect my phone) as 'apple may charge them for the repair'!!?? Around in circles we went so I called Apple again while in store to get them to explain the process and basically just post my phone off to Apple...which they eventually agreed to do. Long story short, the very next day Revive called me and asked me to pick up my phone and take it to Apple myself as they 'cant put the order in the system'.. !!?? Appalling customer service, complete lack of knowledge and empathy for the customer. No options, no resolutions, no care at all. At no point was there even an offer to post the phone back, or better still to Apple repair centre due to the poor communication and errors on their part. I asked Revive how many days, visits (and klms) it should take for a customer to receive simple and clear advice on how to get a phone fixed - to which they did not have a reasonable response. So I also asked to speak to a manager, no surprises, no one called me back. I have actually left the phone at Revive and wont be going back for it, as I'm losing money everyday by not having any communication and it makes more sense to just buy another phone locally - quite ridiculous seeing as the phone is supposed to be fixed free of charge. One week has passed and Revive along with Apple have left me further back then when I started. Apple support were no better - this is really embarrassing behavior for both Apple and Revive.

Excellent service – Received the best service ever from the gentlemen Tolda at Revive technologies. The service is far better than apple store.I always had to wait long at the apple store for getting the phone fixed and also never received a loan phone at the store. would strongly recommend them as they fix the things quicker than apple store.

Apple Mac – Brought in my Apple Mac as keyboard and touch pad were not working. Best Apple Technicians in Sydney! – These guys are awesome... I’ve had around 4-5 Apple devices repaired and replaced with them, and they were all done to an exceptionally high quality. Would always recommend this company over Apple stores, as their turn-around time is also quicker. Thanks!!

Authorised Apple repairer - Easier than Apple Store – If you are looking for an Authorised Apple Repairer to do items like battery or screen replacements for your iPhone for South West SYDNEY without having to visit an Apple Store highly recommend REVIVE TECHNOLOGIES at Padstow. They are also open on Saturday! Speak to Tolga and he will advise what is required.

Never use Revive Technology – Unbelievably incompetent. Will not listen to the customer or the history of errors in my laptops USB port and keyboard connection (my 3rd keyboard in 4 years). opening, it actually failed yet again - both the keyboard and USB. Revive then promised to replace the motherboard and fix the USB port but after taking it 2nd time - this time with videos (of it failing again) they r reneging and say its a dirty keyboard connection (can't be as this is my 3rd keyboard, others broke the same way) and blamed that i am not using a compatible MS USB portal (I used an MS portal and it died, i used another 3 brand new ports and after months they too failed). The USB port connects and disconnects at will with a ring when it does, because it has always been a loose connection. This Surface Pro is a pathetic laptop and the JB Hifi warranty and extended warranty not worth the hundreds i have paid. I work at a major uni and will ensure no one in my classes make the same mistakes as i have with Microsoft Surface Pro, JB HiFi and Revive Technologies. They obviously dont have sufficient diagnostics to test a laptop, why r they even in the business of repairing them

Don't buy Whirlpool appliance - this parts supplier is on the nose – It turns out the wonderful Whirpool product has put this company in charge of its service operations. You need a zero star option because that is what this outfit deserves. No more Whirlpool appliances for this household. One word: useless.

Avoid this company and go someplace else! – If I could rate zero stars I would as this is what this company deserves. It's only been 4 months since I took in my laptop for repair and within the first month, it started to break apart along the top of the monitor where they supposedly repaired a crack with a new laptop cover. Four months on and it's in worse shape than when I took it in! … Read more

To top all this off, the customer service I received was absolutely dismal. It took them more than 2 weeks just to get back to me with an update as to how long the repair job would take. Then when they finally logged it in for repair I waited 6 weeks to get it back and during this time they didn't call me to advise me where it was at or even when it was ready for pick up! They had it for a week ready to go and never called me. I called them for an update and they said it's been ready for a week now!

Also, this company only has a 3-month warranty on their repairs!! Well, my laptop broke apart and was in worse shape just one month in. I wish I had known this before as I would never have taken in for them to 'repair'.

Avoid this company and go someplace else.

Terrible Service and Poor Customer Service – Sent my PC for repair under extended warranty following referral from JB HIFI due to system crashing and was told before the PC dispatched back to me that the problem is fixed, PC had system problems and errors which were cleared and followed by intensive test and the PC working fine. again. Called their office and left a message, no one got back to me and I had to call again to follow up. Technician took my call and was very rude he told me we don’t fix system crash; you need to reinstall your operating system again or send it to software shop to have it fixed. When I told him about the feedback I got before dispatch, he replied “your PC had nothing wrong when we got it, your operating system worked fine, we tested it and had nothing wrong so we sent it back to you”. When I told there are 2 different stories, he replied I cannot anything for you” and finished the call.

I paid JB HIFI extended warranty so I can have my PC fixed within this period. Unfortunately, it is waste of money, Revive Technology did not fix my problem and now I am left without PC and this has implication on my day to day business. I now need to look for software shop to repair it at my expense. Why I paid extended warranty in the first place.

Revive technologies, terrible customer services, don’t go there.
