Great product – Replaced our old hot water cylinder recently with a Rheem 325L Heatpump Split System. Fitted and installed by JR Gas & Water, it is very quite to our surprise, highly recommended

If there was a minus 100 that's what I'd score this hot water service – Moderate climate be darned. Some great salesman sold this hot water service throughout Gippsland and its a bleeding disaster in winter. It doesn't produce enough hot water for two good showers in the morning and labors all day trying to convert a few degrees into hot water and uses more power than an off peak ordinary electric hot water service. It should never have been sold in this area.
