completely forgot about the issue until last night when I received random and threatening messages from an unknown number. The messages insinuated that they knew where I lived and could drop off a “gift.” As a young mother, I was terrified. I and many other people tried to contact the number to find out who it was, but we received no response until this morning when it turned out to be Brad, a convicted cyber hacker and specialist technician at rid pest control, chasing up the invoice. I informed him that I had never received any invoices or follow-up ones however, I said I would pay it anyway. He was rude and clearly recording our phone call. I ended up paying because I didn’t want to be associated with a criminal. However, I want to warn others to be cautious when using Rid Pest Control. They seem to support threatening and harassing behaviour towards women.

Completely Disgusting – Incomplete work, called liars in recorded & rude phone call, later feigned ignorance, they did not know what my friend and I were talking about, and then blocked any further contact.

them we get promised a call back from one of their team. Yes, you guessed right, we still haven't received a call or response from any of them. 3 months later I am still waiting for them to serve me. 3. I'd sooner pay top dollar if I was guaranteed 1 and 2 at a quicker rate!
