The description online is false advertising. Every single photo of the key holder on their website shows three keys included with the key holder. However, you don't get any. when I complained they said the product descriptions said it can hold a certain amount of keys. I have looked at the website again and there is no specific statement that keys are not included, which brings me back to the false advertising statement. I never would have purchased this had I knows keys are not included.

After seeing all the ads for Ridge on social media, I caved and ordered a wallet and keycase in May 2025. I got sick of my huge bunch of keys and key rings always getting in the way and being hard to fit in my pocket. I also was sick of leather wallets that needed replacing every 12 months or so. I paid $129 on a special offer for the wallet and keycase combo.
My order arrived and aesthetically, they were very pleasing. The baby yellow colour was cute. I had to assemble to keycase myself obviously because you have to attach your keys. I found this a bit finicky and annoying but managed to do it pretty easily. The wallet came fully assembled and was easy to use. I love how the wallet saves me so much space and also has a cash-clip. Obviously if you carry coins, this wallet won’t be ideal for you. The keycase is easy to use but if you have two keys that’s look similar, it’s not very practical and can be annoying to try and figure out which key is which.
Fast-forward to Jan 2026 and key clip has just broken due to one of the screws coming out and the clip part falling off. Considering how expensive the products are, I’m a little disappointed and expected them to last a lot longer. The keycase still functions but I can’t clip it anymore which is part of the reason why I bought it in the first place. I’ve reached out for a warranty replacement but apparently if I want a full replacement and not parts, I have to pay a $22 fee which I’m not happy about.
Probably wouldn’t buy again!
Follow-up · The assembly instructions were very clear and easy and they also had QR codes that linked to instructional videos which was good! The wallet has held up very well! Still looks brand new and I still love it. The key case was fine when I first assembled it, however I have found that the screw that holds it together comes loose very often and I would have to tighten it every week or so.
