Mattress severely dips in less than 2 years. Rise and Shine doing nothing about it. Don't buy! – We purchased a bed in 2020 and initially it was great. However it's completely lost it's shape and now sharply dips creating a lot of back pain and discomfort. providing the receipt, images of the dip and was more than willing to meet someone to assess the quality of the mattress. I've been told twice verbally they will follow it up and I've respected that, let a month play out with zero action taken.

When you purchase a bed and mattress, you understand it's a big investment as you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping. Unfortunately Rise & Shines quality degrades sharpy in less than 2 years, far worse than mattress' I've had for 10 years plus.

This is the first negative review I've ever done but due to the above listed quality issues and lack of response from customer service I'd highly recommend prospective customers look elsewhere when purchasing a mattress.

me, telling me that I have to understand their problem. I simply asked why on the day of purchase they didn't mention possible delay so I can make the right decision. They use even the lock downtime as the excuse- when I make the point that we have been in the lockdown only for 3 days the lady started to talk over me. After a circle of conversation, they confirmed the delivery day 21st of March. A day before I have received the phone call to let me know that the bed frame is not ready and therefore it can not be delivered. I started to cry ads I have guests coming for Easter and I don't have a bed frame. They promised to be delivered before Easter. Since then ( 20th of March) I haven't received at least a courtesy call with the update. I have never put any review before, but I just want to warn people to STAY AWAY from this company. They are rude, customer service is bad and who knows if I will ever get the bed frame that I have paid $1,100.00 ( inc Delivery)

mattresses and explained what would suit us best. We were encouraged to spend as long as we liked lying on the mattresses. The store was very accommodating in allowing us to swap our mattress and Neil even phoned the next day to check whether we had been happy with the new mattress. I would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent Service – We received excellent advice from Hannah who helped us find a mattress to suit my husbands back problem and my fibromyalgia pain. Perfect match for our bedrooms – Ms Cheryl was a great help, right from introducing the range of furnitures she had to offering us best discounted prices within our budget. She had great knowledge and her passion towards customer service and her work was infectious. Throughout the process of purchase we were at ease and not being pushed unlike in other places. Overall a great experience.

Poor quality paint job is an understatement! – Wanted bed in white, they offered to paint it (extra cost, assured excellent workmanship). They didn't sand back stained timber just painted over it - fully cracked paint job. Pathetic!

Fantastic prices. Excellent quality – We bought a Sensorflex mattress from the Highpoint store. It is fantastic. One of the best purchases we've ever made. They were great to deal with and Jodie, the salesperson, was so informative.

Poor quality – Hi I bought a bed from Rise and Shine Hawthorn a little over two years ago and had the unfortunate experience of the base breaking on the weekend and me falling through to the floor. Rude and inefficient – Mattress delivered was not what I had ordered. I did accept it because at 87 years of age I could not face again the necessary moving of things to facilitate delivery. the date, he was VERY impatient throughout the conversation, didn't show ANY interest of even trying to accommodate my needs, and before I finished he just hanged up on me. That was the WORST customer service I EVER experienced ANYWHERE in this country!!

sales person went above and beyond to help me customise the bed to my exact liking! We ended up purchasing our mattress from here as well as they were having a 50% off sale at the time. It is the BEST mattress I have ever slept on! Took a couple weeks to get used to it but now my partner and I sleep better than ever. My partner is also a notoriously hot sleeper and he tells me that its probably the coolest nights sleep he's ever had. (It's even reduced his snoring lol). It did take 6 weeks to be made but it is well worth the wait and another bonus is that everything was Australian made. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a bed frame or mattress. Not that I'll need one again anytime soon but I wont be shopping anywhere else.
