I purchased a Fire Pit BBQ Grill Smoker Table Outdoor Garden Ice Pits Wood Firepit from this business and had an overall good experience. Their customer care service was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is to organise faster deliveries. Show reply

My sit to stand chair – The Sit to stand chair I purchased came quickly. Easy to assemble. Slimline but very comfortable. Light enough to move around if needed I was not expecting it, but so glad the foot and back rest work independently, so can stay sitting and have feet elevated. Also prefer the leather as easy to clean.

False Advertising RIPPED OFF – We bought two led Christmas trees from Rivercity House & Home Co: 8FT Christmas Tree | Tips: 1436 | LED Colour: Warm White | LED Count: 3190 and 6FT Christmas Tree | Tips: 765 | LED Colour: Warm White | LED Count: 1980. insult to injury they wanted us to pay for shipping to return the trees which did not look like the advertised photos.

Do not buy anything from Rivercity House & Home Co - the photos on their website do not match what you receive. You can probably buy the same terrible products elsewhere; and cheaper - try Kogan or Catch.

I would give zero star rating if I could. Appalling products and terrible customer service.

Great products. Slow dispatch – Bought a black, L-shaped desk and monitor stand. Great quality products, and while not the cheapest around, their prices are reasonable and the free delivery was certainly a huge bonus. It did take them two weeks to dispatch my orders though, which I thought was quite unacceptable.

Christmas tree – Bought a Xmas tree supposedly for 1/2 price absolutely poor quality. Branches don't hold up ornaments and the green leaf keeps coming off the end. Don't go there.

Great product and purchasing experience – Our beautiful green metal cabinet is exactly what we needed for kitchen storage and has attracted compliments and enquires about where we found it. Delivery time was very quick and we found it easy to assemble.

Fantastic Australian company – Spare bedroom is all set. Friends have commented how stylish and comfortable the bed and mattress is. The lamp sets the right ambience. Perfect.

Bench swing – I love my bench swing. I sit outside in the garden with my cuppa and listen to the birds un the morning. Easy to assemble my eight year old grandson helped me. The only thing that I felt was lacking was not enough padding in the seat area. Overall its sturdy and comfortable.

Aroma Diffuser is perfect! – I love my aroma diffuser. It looks amazing and works a treat and is so long lasting, I can run it all day whilst I work and it doesn't need topping up. Very happy customer.
