Account Restriction needs to be disabled to allow me to put in an age restriction (aka allowed experiences) – Account Restriction is a section in settings, where it stops your child from talking to others and others contacting your child. There is another section that is called Allowed Experiences (aka age restrictions), this section, makes sure your 9 years old isn't playing an adult game. If you enable one section (Account Restrictions), you can't enable the other sections (Allowed Experiences). eg: So you can have an Account Restrictions (enabled) on, but then the Allowed Experience is automatically set to Adult. Your child can't talk to others, but now has access to playing adult games and vice versa. This doesn't make sense.
