Not built to last – Worked well for three years. Cleaning a bit fiddly and hands on. Then developed a terminal error. Cost of repairs ridiculous. Disappointing to pay so much for something that is not built to last. Show details

our surprise, the lady on the phone was most helpful. A postage paid sticker was emailed to us at no charge. We sent our H6 off to Roborock and within a week it was returned to us fully repaired under warranty The whole exercise cost us nothing and our H6 is off and running again and ready to Rock our floors once more. Well done Roborock.

Pleasant experience – After careful research, I decided to purchase Roborock H6. It reached on time. I am very happy with its performance. Literally, it is collecting 5 times dart than that collected by my previous vacuum. I strongly advise to watch videos available at YouTube about how to clean the vacuum which I recommend one should do at least few times in a month. Battery lasts 6 mins – I bought this in Mar 2021 and it has had low use. Now, at 100% charge, on high setting the battery lasts less than 1 minute, on medium the battery lasts less than 2 minutes.

Defective product – I loved this product when I first got it. Beautiful design, light weight, easy to use. But the battery stopped recharging after only about 20 charging cycles. Instead of running for up to 90 minutes as advertised, it runs about 10-15 minutes, and only about 5 minutes on carpet. Very disappointing. Battery failed after 14 months-don't waste your money – We purchased this vacuum because of good reviews. The vacuum cleaner worked OK BUT 14 months after purchase and with only light use -small apartment ,wooden floors- vacuum used in between a regular cleaner-the battery stopped charging. Do not buy the H6/H7 Stick Vacuum – Stay away from purchasing the H6/H7 stick vacuum. Only 12 months warranty. After 20 months the unit is going in the bin. Battery failed. Customer service and their service department is terrible. for $679.15). Then when I enquired about only purchasing a battery to keep the cost of repair as low as possible the price of the battery jumped up to $250+gst claiming they made a mistake. They honestly think people are stupid.

The battery is very hard to find from 3rd party suppliers (I couldn’t find one available to buy) so buy any vacuum at your own risk. I wish I did a little more research.

Honestly stick to a Dyson. 2 years warranty. Even if you purchase a lower cost model there are plenty of after market parts / batteries you can buy and diy repair in the future.

Roborock customer service have no interest in assisting customers after warranty period.

Battery failure after 1 year – I brought my H6 at $594, I got another Robotic Vacuum, so I seldom used my H6. After 1.5 years, the battery is not working, even using eco mode, it can only be use for less than 1mins! Now they ask me to pay for $260 to replace the battery! My device comes without front filter and loud noise after 1 year – After a year I found out that Roborock sent me a device without front filter and now it's making loud noise whrn vacuuming. After speaking with customer service they are charging me a minimum $90+$59+GST to service it for 2 weeks. Stay away from this product.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROBOROCK AUS – Used a handful of times in a year and a half and then had to pay $200+ for new battery as it showed 100% then 1 minute of use later showed 0%. I told them that this was not a great way to win customers and they didn't care that the battery cost 1/4 price of the vaccuum. battery but the handstick does not last as long. Buying a $200 battery every 1.5 years is not affordable in the long run. Go with a Dyson.

Please note the battery fault is documented all over the internet. A quick google search will show many people complaining about the same issue. This still did not pursuade Roborock to give a battery free of charge. I even told them to check the usage of the battery to show it was hardly even used. Customer support is terrible as well and they care more about their profits.

Roborock (again) they requested images of the reported fault. We had already been through the same process with the initial complaint. Is the expectation that every time the vacuum should be returned for repair after each use? I have twice asked for a refund; request that we not met with a response. So frustrated by the product and service, I have thrown the vacuum into landfill. The purchase was a $700 mistake that I will not be making again. Buy a Dyson.

the vacuum tube and surrounds were hand cleared. Maybe we could have the motorised brush head repaired but who could be bothered. What a hassle. Looks like we'll have to visit a vacuum cleaner shop in person just like in the good old days.

very useful and easy to use – this Xiaomi is very useful for home office use. easy on the carpet also great for the wooden floor. small with many shapes of connecting pieces. the average charge time is 1 hour for at least a week use Show details ·  1

Great vacuum cleaner for a hard-floor apartment – I really like this stick vacuum for my 2bedroom/bathroom apartment. It works well on hard floors as well as a new rug which sheds a lot. The battery life is enough to get around the whole thing. The only reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5 is that the spinning brush on the vacuum head stops spinning sometimes. that gets pulled in and jams it, it can take some fiddling to get it started again. I suspect it wouldn't work well on shagpile carpet or similar.

Broken less then 2 months terrible customer service – I previously left a review when I first got this vacuum as I thought it was really good , with in 2 months it kept cutting in and out and smell of burning smell . helping us fix this problem taking 2 days to reply to emails and not even acknowledging the fact that the vacuum is still faulty . It has been a waste of money and time dealing with this company . Be very aware before buying this vacuum.

Save your money – I live in a tiled townhouse with carpeted stairs. This vacuum is hard to navigate in corners even with all the attachments, does not pick up anything other than fluff and after each use I have to use scissors or a knife to pick out hair and rubbish that gets stuck around wheels on head or else it won't roll smoothly and jams. Good Stick Vacuum Cleaner – This is a good stick vacuum cleaner. Certainly much better than ones we've tried before. It does an excellent job on hard floors even in "Low" mode. motorised carpet brush stops running from time to time, especially when transitioning from hard floor to a rug. The collection canister is a bit too small and soon fills up. We find also that every time we empty the cannister the inlet to the cannister needs to be cleared of fluff and the consequent replacing of the filter is a bit fiddly. These negative points haven't put us off though. We like our Roborock Stick very much. So much easier to "Rock" around the floors with than a standard corded vacuum cleaner. And the battery life is a winner too.

Perfect for tiles and floorboards – Great for tiles and floorboards. One negative when on full power, battery doesn’t last long, but very good battery life when on mid power. Very good suction and easy to clean. Would definitely recommend.  Show reply

Surprised, not surprised! – Surprised at how well this stick vacuum cleans, especially deep pile carpet! It does tend to use up the battery quite quickly when on full power, but, when used in the normal mode, it lasts well. Lighter, and quieter than our old Dyson, plus cleans better, with better suction, and doesn’t tangle near as easy in the power head. Powerful and effective – Powerful as described. High setting does not last long but lower setting can last for the amount of time described. High setting seems to suck a lot of fibre from our carpet. It's better to have a standing rack (included in the model in other countries) rather than just a wall mount. Show reply

Roborock H6 Review – The Roborock H6 is a a good unit. The unit could have a larger dust collection capacity for people with animals in the house but is light and easy to use.

Very efficient – I recently purchased this brand in place of the Dyson I had. I like the way it automatically changes speed from hard floor to carpet. I like the fact it has different speed settings and that by pressing a small button the machine remains on without having to keep your finger on a trigger to work. heavier to maneuver to a Dyson, but the efficiency to clean thoroughly is wonderful. So to sum up, I am happy with this product and even more so the price that it slots in at, compared to Dyson.
