I have had my tumbler for a couple of years now, and recently it has started leaking around the lid when I'm drinking. I just noticed when I was cleaning it, that the seal is starting to fall apart. Can the seals be purchased locally, in Australia..?? Where from, and how much..?? Thanks..

I googled and found some....bought straws and lids and a cup handle. No idea where I got them from now sorry....

I use soapy water and a small brush, but if you are too dumb to work that out yourself, I recommend you don’t buy one.
We have been very happy with our tumblers BUT one was not staying hot. We discovered that the lid doesn't sit tightly any more like it did. The lid fits tight on the other tumbler. So the problem is with the container. What could have happened? It wasn't dropped and doesn't seem to be bent or dented. Nettie
I don't know whether my family are just clumsy, but my daughter broke the lid of one just after I received them, a year or so ago though and my husband just today broke the lid off the other. Can you buy spare lids and if so where? I went to the Global shop and they're out of stock, is that for long or forever?
