Love my Rok multi tool – Bought my Rok years ago now and even being in my 60's and female had no trouble using it. I actually repointed my house with it. Havent used all the blades but it did what I asked of it sorry guys below..no parts flew off into the bushes with me, maybe you didnt have things tight enough. I bought mine from Bunnings Im pretty sure and even though they dont appear to sell them now (or maybe it was Mitre 10???) Bunnings still sell blades and sandpaper which is pretty universal I think for these kind of gadgets. Now I have no need for it but happy to stand by what Ive said.

Thought this would be so useful – Thought this would be so useful for getting into those little places that are difficult to reach with larger power tools, what a disappointment. Only tried using the wood cutting tool, but found it lacked power, and the head kept vibrating loose. Finally whilst using it outside, the cutter, the head, and the retaining screw came loose and spun off into the bushes never to be seen again. A waste of money and time.

Great tool, one little problem – This is a really good little tool and does all those things you see on TV. It cuts things and it sands things, right into corners. The problem I have come upon is getting replacement sand papers. My hardware store that sold me the device can't get them and I know they have tried I had to buy a kit of cutters I don't need right now to get a packet of sandpaper that turned out to be different grades, most of which I don't really need right now.

If you want to use the tool for sanding it is very good. But make sure you can get a supply of sandpaper at the right grade before buying.

Usefull but blade holder fails after light use – This is a handy tool and has some nice features but the one I purchased (from eBay seller) failed after light home use.The pins on the head which engage with the blades and cause them to vibrate sheared off, so the blades are no longer able to cut anything. Luckily it failed while under warranty and I was able to get a replacement. Once again, after only light use, this one has failed in the same way. The metal pins which engage with the blade have all sheared off and the blade will not cut.

I consider this to be a serious fault in design and/or material selection.

Don't buy this one and if you are looking for a tool such as this, pay particular attention to the way the blade engages to the head.
