Entire dinnerset crazed – I bought this Gordon Ramsey blue dinnerset about 12 months ago. Every single plate and bowl is now crazed. I am so disappointed as I thought Royal Doulton was a quality brand.

Johnson Brothers dinner set over 100 years old & was used every day, doesn't have scratches like this does. The man size teacups just make your tea go cold very quickly.

dishwasher, the coffee mugs that came with the dinner set are way too big and the tea cups are way to big for tea, Ive used them for soup bowls... will never buy this brand again.
Order never arrived and the company stole money – I recently ordered some crockery from This company in February and it still hasn’t arrived. Amazon have refused to give me a refund because it was after 30 days. I gave the Royal Doulton company the benefit of the doubt because they said they were experiencing delays because of Covid. been refused, they have stop responding so they have basically stolen £76 from me. Lesson learnt but be very careful. Their customer service alongside Amazon has been terrible here.
scratches – Very hard to resist buying this Lovely looking dinner set but scratches terribly, unless it was a fault that has been rectified. I would like to hear if my set is from a faulty batch or is everyone experiencing the same issue.
Don't buy! – I purchased 2 sets of these dishes and would never purchase them again. Unless you plan on using them for very occasional use, I would not recommend for daily usage. Absolutely gorgeous – This dinner set is absolutely gorgeous in the blue. You can mix it up between the blue, white and taupe dinner sets. Nice large dinner plates and generous sized bowls and cups. The only downside is the dinner plates are larger than normal so cannot fit in my dishwasher. Otherwise a great dinner set - hard wearing.
