M77 All-Weather .308 – I recently purchased an M77 Ruger .308 rifle. Expecting a Satin or a semi-polished finish, according to the catalogues, when I picked up my rifle, I was gobsmacked to find it was a grey, sand-blasted finish. I have never seen this finish on a rifle in 35 years. As I had paid for the rifle, I had no choice but to take it home. P.S. I had waited 3 months for this rifle. Haven't shot it yet, hope it shoots straight, fingers crossed. FINISH
