Rural Store is a 100% Scam. Stay Away – Absolute scam. Ordered trough blocks weeks ago with 5 day shipping. No shipping notification and nothing arrived. Numerous emails with no response and phone calls to Indian Call Centers with the promise of a return call that never eventuates. 100% scam. Stay away from these crooks.
Online SCAM – Please don't waste your money with this online store, it's a complete scam, bought some products and ever received the items or correspondence, the phone number is a call centre who are happy to nonsense you into thinking someone will call you back.
Avoid making a purchase with RURAL STORE – Ordered on 27th July. No comms after they provided me a copy of the invoice (same day), won't reply to emails or phone calls. Paid for a '5-day delivery service'. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MOB!
Terrible – Ordered Items in May 24, still have not received them. Phoned & emailed so many times we have lost count. Have never received a phone back nor an email reply. Appalling customer service. All we want now is our money back. Legal action on the cards.
Extremely poor business practices or a scam – Purchased a poultry feeder two weeks ago. Money deducted from credit card immediately and invoice emailed...and then nothing. SCAM!!! – Ordered castration rings - didn’t show after a month. Contacted 3 times and was told accounts department would speed up order. Rang to cancel order and accounts to contact me, still waiting. Sent email to cancel order and no reply. Company is a sham - do not deal with them. reply and have not received my purchase. I noted Product Review gave them a 3.9 star rating out of 19 reviews with 26% being negative of reviews. I would say this is a very poor rating. The best advise to anyone about to make a purchase from this store is honestly save your money and shop with someone that is reputable otherwise if you are willing to take the risk good luck.

Be sure to consider the 5-star reviews you read, they all popped up at the same time, have similar key words used, have profile pictures of people standing in front of cattle that looks like they're from the same stock image supplier, and the obvious buyer of dehorners who's location is inner Melbourne... They've included similar 'top-notch' reviews on their website now.
Sturdy Product – I like the dehorner I ordered it's very sturdy and no dramas when dehorning. I also need to order 2 more of the rechargeable red prodder for my mates.

Never buy from here – Ordered item two months ago and still no delivery. Unable to make contact with them even after multiple emails.
They sell junk! No refund or replacement in faulty goods – Ordered 2x stock canes at $29.95 each. They delivered raw sticks sawn into lengths with rough ends covered by packaging tape which fell off on first use! Rough ends caused splinters. Left 2 phone messages with no response. Sent 5 emails before they responded. As they requested I replied with full details of complaint and a video showing problem. After many months waiting I’ve not received a reply.
