Why is my ryobi window cleaner spitting out water?
Another problem I also found, if you use it in horizontal or upside down it just runs out intake, and design flaw in my opinion. The Karcher is not perfect in this respect but heaps better.

We cleaned out the window vac and tried to put all the seals back, but there is no suction. I presume we put the seals back incorrectly. The manual is no help

Cleaned windows and then used the vacuum unit to remove water only left streaks and puddle at the bottom of the windows . Going tback to get a refund .

Don't even buy it, same with their vacuum cleaner. They may be good at tools but ryobi make very poor quality cleaning items

Bunnings are legally required under consumer law to supply replacement parts. They may not be on the shelf but their special orders people should be able to order them. If not tell them they are not meeting their legal requirements and that you want to reject the goods and get a refund.
How can it be used to leave streak free windows? So far every window cleaned gas left streaks.
I found angle of holding it and amount of pressure applied helps. Also after a few uses it seemed to get better.. However... I've since given up on it. I've gone back to using a squeegee and leaving a rag against the bottom of the window. Wwaayyy faster and gives similar results.
Found you tube clip that helped. Giving window a scrub down first with lots soapy water helps. Yes, getting angle right is key. Squeegee certainly easier on wrist. Thanks Troy.
