Fake items from China, no warranty, no refund – Be careful with this website Athenadental.com.au! TPwebsite shows that the company is located in Australia, but in fact everything is in China. And they provide a fake product without a guarantee, although everything is so beautifully written on the website that there will be no problems with the return. Yes, there are no problems, but you must return the damaged goods (what you received from them) at your own expense to China. In my case, I ordered a manicure machine (1.5kg) and they sent me a file machine strong 204 with no warranty and with a rust. It was very hard to contact them because they don't give me response back (only twice, I send maybe 5-6 emails) and don't care about it. I wanted return the damage item, but I must pay $100 for return shipping to China when the machine costs $189. Paypal was on their side, they told me that I have to pay for return shipping expenses and then I will receive a refund. Definitely I don't agree with this solution from PayPal. Very disappointed with PayPal and would definitely not recommend this website.!!
