A very easy way to make your will and affordable. There is a very helpful on line assistant if you have a question and are given a very fast answer. Would recommend to anyone looking to write a will.

The product was basic but easy to navigate. At almost every step of the way they try to upsell you products which made me feel that they cared more about my money then my end of life care or wishes.

Unable to speak with anyone to ask questions or have technical issues resolved. Their phone line does not work and they don't respond to emails. Unable to purchase without clarification.

Safe will just use AI don't use there service as you will be disappointed can't talk to a human they will take your money even if you you don't have a will with them no humans to speak to just AI chat bots which are useless.

I found safewill very easy to use with very good assistance when it is required. After initial problem. and with the assistance of safewill staff it was overcome and I proceeded very smoothly. I would definitely recommend to use the services of this company

I used the system to complete my Will, paid for my Wife and I so I could submit. My Wife completed her Will and cannot submit as the system is asking her to pay again. Hers is currently saved and we don’t know what to do.

Can you please stop messaging my family and partner? I signed up for a free will, but your ad was misleading as I have to pay each year. Now my family and friends keep receiving 4-5 emails a day! Misleading and spammy!

Guys i just got my Will and ITS COMPLETELY FREE. The process was super easy (done in 15 minutes) and i didn't have to pay a penny. The offer is on essential wills only until 15th September

Customer support email bounced, and unable to book an appointment despite being offered it for free during process. That being said, the process was efficient and it got me over the inertia of not writing a will for a number of years. Will probably reconsider getting a local solicitor to review/ revise as my circumstances get more complex but this did the job for now.
