I was procrastinating since last 2 years on completing the will, but the whole process was very tedious. This helped me get the will done and complete in 2-3 days. Easy to follow wizard, and very detailed.

My husband and I completed the free will. I’m not too sure now it’s signed what to do with it. I found the process a little confusing. I then filled in POA but safe will was going to charge me 99.00 and you still need to go to a lawyer. I found it for free on the government website.

I've paid and asked for a paper copy to sign as I don't have a printer. Still nothing comes. I've rang and talked to a lady. Still nothing. Maybe it was not a good idea.

Received an email yesterday being the 20th of may say there was a technical error re probate. Called yesterday and spoke to customer service who could not answer my query. It's pretty good. but i found there were unexpected consequences from what was recommended via their auto-prompts. I have had to rectify my Will with a f2f meeting with a lovsl law firm in order to be happy that my Will actually mirrors what i want it to be.

Safewill was simple enough but had a few sticky points at times where an example for an older person might be handy. EG phone number isn't just 0221234567, but +64211234567. Another question I had to ask was after I'd had mine signed and got to review it today, it said I needed to send a signed copy to Safewill, but when I asked Ivy in the chat, she explained that here was no need to return my Safewill to you. This is rather confusing.

Best thing I have come across for some time. Fast and efficient service and great value, it covered all the questions that could arise in a mind wile writing a will.

Easy to follow instructions, and at each question, the option for more help if you were not sure, or needed had a more complicated breakdown of provisions in the will.

I was thinking of creating a Will for long time but I always kept on putting it off thinking that it is very difficult and time consuming. But with Safewill, it was an easy process that took only 15-20 minutes. I would highly recommend it.

Perhaps I missed something but the only thing might suggest is that it would be good to have the option of saving the details you have entered when creating your will at any point. This would enable you to come back to complete it as time permits.

I firstly did a will on the week of free will offer. As we had some issues that needed clarity I paid for a customised will which allowed me an appointment with a solicitor.
