the 10th of November. When It arrived, on the 20th of November, I was shocked at the quality of the product. Firstly, the cosmetic bag had a strong, unpleasant odour and when unzipped, I noticed poor quality stitching and a hole inside the lining. The white fabric inside the bag is very poor quality and will easily stain.

Sage & Clare claim that any differences in what you see on their website and what you receive are due to the products being, "handmade in India". As a purchaser of items, handmade in India, none, have been of such poor quality as what Sage & Clare are selling.

They seem to be cutting corners and the quality control is poor. The work looks like it is rushed, and frankly, I'd be embarrassed to associate my company, particularly at this price point, with these products.

I contacted Sage & Clare exactly a week ago to obtain a refund, though I've heard nothing from them.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

Some lovely designs but the quality of some products can be very poor. Therefore, pricing seems off point. I left an honest (which was negative) review for something I bought and it did not get published on their website. Reviews are obviously being cherry picked which is unethical and misleading.

I have to sadly agree with other reviews, cute designs but over priced for what it is. Bought a quilt on sale ($180) and the fabric is awful. Ofcourse no refund.

Don’t waste money on Sage x Clare’s ‘express post.’ It’s not AusPost Express, it’s StarTrack which doesn’t deliver to post offices and instead sends you to depots miles away if you’re not home. I paid extra, stayed home waiting, and still had a nightmare. Totally impractical and not worth the cost.

I love the bath mat I bought but it is not practical to use because every time I wash it, it bleeds dye, stains the fringe, and also blocks the filter on the washing machine with lint. I really love the look and style of your products but won't buy again because of this problem for a high priced item.

3rd time I've tried to reaching out for sizing, always goes to message bank. I have tried on a few social media platforms and also never had a response. Pretty poor form, now I'm thinking I dodged a bullet, I would hate to buy something and there was a problem with the product and get no response.

Love the product unfortunately this is let down by the extremely slow delivery ( Order no 207468). I mailed through AI system last week, but still as yet to receive my goods. Most deliveries are out in 3 days and most delivered in 3 days - over two weeks and still no delivery is simply not good enough. This is not the first order from Sage and Clare that had been slow either…..shame though as the product is lovely.

Be aware, while there are pretty designs, it is all cheaply made in India. If you are comfortable with paying top dollar for looks rather than necessarily quality, then this will work for you. the norm for made in India. Many of the designs are lovely, consider purchasing on sale as I suggest the quality does not adequately justify the pricing.

I've purchased quite lot of items from S&C. They have cute, bohemian designs, however are expensive and I can only reasonably buy on sale. have a lot of problems; the pillowcases just kept shedding, even after a year or so of washing and I gave them away, I was just sick of it. The hand towels started unravelling and shredding after a couple of washes - I have towels which are more than 10 years old, so this isn't normal. The face washers are fine though, so maybe it's just random.

Avoid Sage & Clare – Bath mat poor quality. Emailed 3 times via their website asking for a refund and never got a response. Don’t waste your time, terrible company with zero customer service.

Poor quality – Bought 2 linen pillowcases and I’m very disappointed by the poor quality. Like the design

Happy with my new sheets – I recently purchased a set of printed cotton bed sheets and absolutely love them. The cotton is soft and the patterns are, imo, best in class. Will be back for more for sure. Show reply

Ordered a few items over the 3 different orders. Sent all back except last one bc I was too busy to do again – 'Resin' cup arrived and it looks cheap and nasty. Not how it looked online. stunk despite me airing it outside for days. Its colours were much more dull than what was advertised on their website. All in all, really bad quality and really misleading website regarding each item. I’ll not be shopping with them again.

Molting smelly mats – I bought two bath mats. They smelled horrible and molted endlessly. Washed it 3 times as soon as I received them and put them in the dryer. Everything looked good on website but cheap, dirty and smelly products was what I received. Wish I didn’t waste my money on them. Very disappointed and repulsed by what I got.
