W's name and risk their reputation by having such a shocking seller on Big W Marketplace! The ad for their product is false and misleading. It should state how poorly the product is made so people are not tricked into buying it, like I was. Trying to deal with Salesbay and get the product returned is a nightmare! They sell poor quality products, they don't care that it's such poor quality, and they won't cover the cost of returning the product to them for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not a good company to deal with and the product they sell is absolute rubbish! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Hopeless!! purchased item online through Big W Marketplace. Marketplace again given they cannot mange their suppliers. I cancelled order with their agreeance --- let's see how long it takes to get the refund

Worst customer service ever! I recieved a faulty item and they only want to give me a credit note cause I have been arguing with them for longer than 30 days.
