Fantastic service – It is refreshing to deal with a company that goes above and beyond with their after sale service. One of the fittings had a manufacturing fault. With in 2 days of contacting Shalt Shift t GG e replacement part was on my doorstep. Very happy with the product and I highly recommend.

Company sucks – Place 2 different orders one for myself other for fathers day gift. Mine comes missing products, fathers has not arrived been 17 days with no explanation. No contact no and alot of excuses

Better off elsewhere – It arrived broken. I live just up the road from saltaway so I went to see them to see if I could get another of the clear plastic containers that holds the product. I was told to send it back to the shop I bought it off. I know what these things are worth to get made in china where it comes from. I Hope the 30c you saved by not helping a customer out was worth the grief

great product can't go without it – quick and easy to use , i found it removes salt residue with ease - just spray it on and wait 10 minutes then rinse off , its become a integral part of our clean up process

not used the product or have tried the knock offs which just pump out foamy soap with no anti-salt compound. Use salt-away from the start and use it well, the inner workings of your engine & reels will thank you for it in the long run, plus it's a great product to remove the dry salt and shine up your boat, get her looking fresh for the next trip.

Not all it cracked up to be – I have used saltaway according to the directions on my boat since new. It certainly washes external salt of my boat but am not convinced it works that well in my motor. I was out at sea in my boat and my engine stopped with an over heat signal. Imagine my surprise when I removed the two thermostat and they were caked in salt and one was corroded… Read more

shut. Looking down the galleries below the thermostats they were in the same condition. With 370 hrs on the motor I am convinced this product is useless where it counts most.

Advertises 100% satisfaction guarantee but does not deliver – Be aware that if you contact salt away they will call you back, but will badger you and deny all responsibility of any wrongdoings. I was not 100% satisfied but that seems irrelevant to them and they said bad luck and hung up on me. Would not recommend this product or the people who work for it.

Don’t see any difference – Since I bought a new boat five years ago I started using Salt Away for every boat wash. To be perfectly honest it is quite expensive to buy and I am not really sure if it has made a any difference. fussy as to how I wash my boat and specifically use the salt away directly on the brakes. Anyway I still use the product as I believe it is not doing any harm.

Lots better than I thought – Bought a large container of Salt Away concentrate and mixer gun to flush my outboard motor. Despite always flushing my motor with clean water each time it was used was amazed at the amount of salt removed from my motor and trailer. Also is a great boat wash, boat shiny after using this product to wash it.
