They don't want to help you. I had issues with an IMEI number verification error when trying to trade in my phone through Samsung care+ they treat me like I don't know what I'm doing and basically call me a liar. The first time I had an issue they took 3 weeks to replace a screen, now that screen is an issue and they don't want to help. Do not waste your money on Samsung care+.

came unstuck and lifted. at this point the entire left side of the display failed. The Right side still had about 50% working but hadn't come unstuck. over the next 2 days the right side totally failed.

I took it to the SUMSUNG repair center TECWORKS in ADELAIDE as a warranty claim. I heard nothing for 10 days so i called them. They said it would be $950 to repair. I reminded them that i brought it in as a Warranty repair. They told me they would have to raise this with SAMSUNG (derrrrr...!). A week later SAMSUNG called me saying they couldnt repair under Warranty. WTH!

When a major defect occurred and flooded my house as per my Insurance claim #s. The fridge hasn't been the same. I personally asked for a replacement then, but Samsung insisted on saving the fridge.

Why did Samsung choose to repair it instead of replacing the fridge. This decision has caused me major issues and ongoing issues with the Medical Fridge in my home.

I will reopen my claim and recommend the insurance company to follow up with Samsung as your issue resolution to water ingress appears flawed and is troubling honest customers.

Like i said your issue resolution process does not provide a rolling report or summary which is a conflict for consumers as i dont know if you have all the information Infront of you such as the reported Hazards, the insurance claim details or the Technician faulting and replacing a sensor causing food damage.

Regardless your robotic response not even acknowledging my circumstance with my daughter is appalling and i hope your day reflects your ChatGPT type response.

I might be waiting on Asurion, their chosen insurer for everything, swaps, returns, anything titled 'Care+' (is an internal joke). They know it's a nightmare using the Care+ System.

Its a money grab. Allegedly.

For the average device wait time for my device? I asked, they can't tell me on the phone or email. They must know the average wait time for my A54 5G Mobile. But on the floor, those employees have never known. And further more, they won't give any information regarding a number of things but they will take hold of a lot of money as deposit, thanks Asurion. Dark, evil, practices. Destroy customers will type 'company' mentality, allegedly.

To make sure things go to..plan for them. You get the money they hold back sometimes after the swap is complete. Because they 'Hold' a 'Device None Return Fee' the moment you click swap your device. allegedly. My account didn't have enough in it for them to take 650ish dollars. THAT..or their payment site crashed a few times. Yeah. These guys are the worst.

You (customer) authorise Asurion (samsungs chosen insurance partner) to do all the dirty work if and When what??? Is this legal? Or still legal?

Your holding all potential future fees? Aka device none return, allegedly. Why would I write this. Feels great. Where was I..

Do your customers feel pressured to accept the horrid Care+ Service and shody hardware replacements when your holding their 'device none return fees' before any one has left the house or received anything? Please if your a company Samsung, explain.

2. Why your outsourced call centre (2 prior) can't email me anything. Not a ticket number, they, you, can't send me anything in writing so far. I was and have been told I would be emailed a link to a Samsung page to be put on a different waiting list for my chosen phone.

Sam, you have good hardware, average software, and horrid after sale care or support.

3. Why is every Samsung App on your phone including the clock app keep trying to sign me up to custom ads in each and every settings menu. ...with zero customer support and questionable legal documents.

Oh and basically no one can even try to use Sam Text Chat 'Support.' Everyone Try to talk to an 'agent' via Samsung Text Support. I've read the privacy policy but CAN'T ACCEPT to text a customer support agent. Unsubscribed. Good bye money.

Samsung very strongly dislikes supporting the products they sell.

Have they tried to respond to any of these 96% Negative Samsung Reviews. Wait a sec, only 169 reviews on this site.. That's a strangely low number after all this time.

Plus the fact I can't full screen capture this edit page. that's weird. And 1.2 stars is not correct if 4% Samsung reviews are positive. Maths. Product Review do you get financial incentives from Samsung?

Probably don't buy shares.

faulty & a refund was in order. After 2 weeks, a non-Samsung person phones to tell me that I need to drop the monitor off to them for an inspection, so they can see the fault. Unfortunately, the place where I need to take it is a minimum 3 hour round trip & that's not happening. Do Samsung do this on purpose to encourage customers to not follow through on issues like this? Appalling & disrespectful customer service. I wish I had have purchased a monitor from anywhere else.

duplicate charge. Dealing with samsumg has been such a hassle I might need to switch to Apple, at least they have a store. Not to mention when I asked to speak to a supervisor their customer agent hung up on me. Not only do they suck at claims, they suck at customer care.

Samsung care+ is a waist of money and time – I use to say samsung was the best but how I've been treated thinking I'll be in good hands, they don't care. This will be the last Samsung product I ever use or buy again. Apple treats their customers better. I'm very disappointed in Samsung

Excellent value for money – Used samsung care+ for 2 years. I submitted 2 mobile refresh requests and both were handled quickly. They replaced batteries and the screen. Communication from Asurion was excellent. Every time I had a question I got a response within minutes. When I submitted a wrong request (Device Swap instead of Mobile Refresh) they refunded me quickly.

Great service!! – Not sure what happened with others but my experience was great. I cracked the screen on my s23 ultra and via the website booked the mobile refresh for $99. Sent to Samsung prepaid express post and 4 days, I received my phone back literally as good as new. Fantastic. Definitely recommend.

I bought a Samsung Qled TV, which decided to stop working after a year. It took me almost 2 months of calling the Samsung Care Centre before they sent someone to fix it. The problem being the mother board. The people employed by Samsung to "help" are unwilling to help and unprofessional. My advice is to buy another brand and save yourself the headache and the scripted lies.

I recently purchased a new S25 Ultra and the speaker is faulty/distorted/crackly it will only be replaced with a repaired phone not a new phone. As there is no service centre in my region have to send the phone away with no option of a replacement phone. Very poor service when your paying $2200 for a phone.

Samsung care is a scam! They try to charge me today almost 50% of the value of my washing machine which is under warranty. Told them not to fix it. I wont buy any samsung products anymore , this is my second one and I notice they don’t last for a year. A piece of advise don’t buy any Samsung products you will waste your money and their service is bad. Their people are lazy and hesitant to fix your appliance.

Worste service I have ever experienced. Due to small insignificant mark on phone they say warranty is void! This should be Fair Wear and Tear and is simply an excuse for a poorly made device. Care + doesn't have stock of replacement phones or even any phone so customer is expected to just g9 without phone while they work it out. They cannot even tell you when one will be available. Do Not make the mistake and buy a Samsung product.

I should've read the reviews before signing up for samsung care plus. The swap phone was a refurbished one. Looked in good condition but still refurbished. It worked for a few months and then started restarting in the middle of anything. And one fine day died after charging. Now this swap died after 2 years so they won't give me warrantee on it even though I've had this since about 8 months. No point in wasting money on them. It's truly a scam.

My credit card was charged for 10 months and when I called them for a Crack screen they said I wasn't covered because my payment was not accepted, but it was accepted for 10 months with no issue.

second-hand product off eBay, and I’ve had better experiences buying used devices from there. My phone was a Galaxy S23 Ultra, which I bought only a year and a half ago, so to get a refurbished one as a replacement just doesn’t sit right. It’s definitely not worth it for a second-hand phone, especially when I thought I was paying for premium service. Very disappointing overall.

So tried to use my Samsung care before the due date. I wasn't able to as product didn't come up on list and it didn't allow me to backorder. I contacted Samsung care and they regret to inform me it was past the due date even though their response was well after the due date and my request was well before It's obviously a scam and they clearly make it difficult to use

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Absolutely crap program. Parts not available. No service , wants us to send in. (This is our business line) Phillipines customer service. Could have been a quick refurbished swap but they want sent in for over a week. Lied to. Bounced around to multiple agents. If you can help it. Stay far away.

Why not pay to swap your old phone for a lemon...? – Very poor experience. Paid for a phone swap and received a refurbished phone which was a different model. the tedious process of restoring the phone and resetting up all the apps especially the secure ones locked to the hardware like banking apps, I quickly started to notice some issues with calls dropping out. I decided to persevere in case it was a couple of one off issues with strength of phone signal and I did not want face the pain of the restore process yet again.

However more issues surfaced including callers unable to hear me, the time changing randomly, usually overnight, the date and time being reset to the date I did the set-up and charging issues with the system saying it had detected moisture or dust even when the phone had not been outdoors or in any other adverse situation. This resulted in the phone not being able to be charged. But restarting the phone and sometimes running diagnostics fixed the issue temporarily.

After a few weeks I gave up and rang Samsung Care to get the phone replaced. However they would not replace it and said I would have to take it to a samsung repair centre for repair which involves it getting sent away. Of course one of the key reasons to purchase samsung care plus in the first place is to avoid such an issue as I can't afford to be without my phone.

So would I buy Samsung Care Plus again ?. No never it's a complete waste of money and time ! With the swap program you are potentially paying to get a phone in a worst state of repair than the original ever was.

Just don't do it.

Unfortunately it also means I will now look at alternative Android phone manufacturers for my next phone as Samsung leaves a bad taste...,

It's a trick – So they got this scam. What happens is if you miss a payment for what ever reason (lost card or?) Their suppose to notify you but they won't. They will let it shut off and then notify you. Your cell isn't covered at this time now and yet they still charge you like it never lappsed. someone gets it correct. Take videos of your cell and pics to send to them because they want to make sure you didn't brake your cell in. The time coverage was shut down (about two months) and still being billed for and act like it's an activation fee. If I was a new customer there's no activation fee. I'm like wth!! Cheaper than the rest tho.

Stole my money for their mistake – I sent my phone, they had the wrong serial number and charged me $1632 for the error. Customer service were hopeless as they could not transfer me to anyone who could assist. Very frustrating will be taking this to consumer affair.

They promised me to send a parcel in 2 business days to repair my phone, however, it's been almost 2 weeks now, I haven't heard from Samsung about my claim, unfortunately. False promise about the deadline.
